Well good for you for checking reviews because I did not and I'm glad. We were in town for a wedding and my son woke at 2:30am with severe congestion. I got him steam to help him, and rushed him here at opening New Year's Eve day. We prefer pediatric urgent care but at the time couldn't find one. Checkin was easy (considering we had no records there and had to provide information). I was told we should be seen within 15 minutes. I sat down, texted my husband and asked the text went through they called us back. We went through the usual intake with the nurse who made me feel heard. The doctor came in pretty quickly, let me know what he was seeing as he examined my son, gave recommendations and listened to my requests and acted accordingly. My sister in law (a local) didn't know we came here and said she's received poor care on prior visits, so I'm glad I didn't ask her prior to coming either. I have no regrets, though I may update once I get my final bill. read more

Pretty poor patient care. Took my 9year old son here. No physical exam done on the area of concern. Just threw antibiotics at him, again without examining the area of concern, especially on a pediatric patient. Take your business (and health concerns) elsewhere. My OB recommended that I go to InstaCare due to the symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Casey said there was nothing he could do because I was pregnant and recommended that I use google to find solutions for my ear issues. Recommending patients use Google to find solutions to their health issues is a huge liability in my opinion. I was very disappointed and I paid $50 for the visit. read more

They are the worst urgent care I've ever encountered. The nurse practitioner was rude. I stepped on something and my foot is infected. I intend to file a complaint with the Utah Board of Nursing. Avoid this clinic at all cost. read more

They had an hour wait so I offered to come back in an hour and wait for the "next available" doctor. The staff agreed after checking with the front desk. Seemed like a win for all. When I returned, the front desk had decided the arrangement was too efficient apparently and told me they had decided to put me at the bottom of the list to wait again. BTW, I had checked in and so they were aware that I had a blood clot in my leg I needed to be checked that day and had a history of pulmonary embolism. read more

I got the best care here because I had accidentally spilled some scalding hot soup on my left foot!They really give the best care here & the Dr.that I had was very experienced in what care he gives!Dr.Jonathan Jenkins took really good care of me & was going to send me home with a prescription for silvadene cream,but had asked me if I was allergic to any sulfa products & I said yes,so he had the nurse come back into the exam room with some bacitracin ointment packets,some non stick pads & some coban to wrap my foot with & to send home with me!I'd recommend this place so very gladly to those who ask! read more

Was in Logan visiting family. 1 of our party got sick day after arrival. Temps 103°, cough to point of vomiting, headache, malaise and Nuasea. Ran a Covid a strep both negative. Sent out the door to say let it run its coarse knowing we woukd be flying out in a few days. In Utah you can't get OTC cough syrup with any punch. Just Delsym which wasn't working. MDs should listen, put themselves in their patients shoes. Had to suffer a flight home coughing constantly. Diagnosis acute pharyngitis. Go suffer. I will say in and out was quick. But that's it for good comments. read more

I am from California. I went to 3 PA's in two weeks and not one touched my leg. I walk in to the InstaCare place. they were so nice. friendly . Got to see Justin Johnson. What a guy. After complaining about the PA's I seen his name tag said PA. So different from what I knew. Apologies and he felt my leg and figured I had 2 ounces of fluid on my knee caused from inflammation. He took it out gave me a steroid shotand on my way to Yellowstone. I want to thank the nurses to Bobby and Rebecca. They were all wonderful. This is by far the best pharmacy in Logan and I will only get my prescriptions filled there from now on! Customer service is outstanding, it's fast, and it's cheap. That's hard to find in the healthcare industry so this one is a keeper! read more

Never impressed, they always brush you off and act like it's nothing. Then treat you like an idiot for coming in.

Had to come in for a work related injury. People who had come in after I did got to go in before I could. I waited out in the waiting room for over an hour and a half before being helped. Then I sat in the room for over an hour waiting for the doctor when I was told by the nurse there was only 2 people before me. I came here before and they were fast, but waiting over 3 hours to get helped at the doctors is just too long. read more

This place is much cheaper than the Hospital, however it's unfortunate they don't have 24/7 services. At 1/3 the price of the Hospital, I recommend my friends always keep this place in mind whenever possible for non life-threatening emergencies. They have fast service and it is a comfortable place to go for such situations. read more

We were really impressed with this instacare. The front office staff was kind and got us in quickly. The nurses were great- offering us water and getting snacks and ice for my daughter when she felt nauseous. Dr Jenkins was wonderful- really listened to us and covered all of our concerns. And we really appreciated them being open on Saturday so we didn't have to go to the ER! read more

It was way nice and fancy but they took forever. I sat in the office for two hours just for them to shove a cotton swab down my throat and when your sick it's not fun to sit that long in uncomfortable chairs!! It wasn't even busy!!! But the staff was nice and respectable read more

So once again instacare is a waste of time and money - this is my second miss diagnoses and I'm beyond annoyed. I only went here cause it was the weekend and with Flu wanted to be proactive on getting RX to cut down as much sick as possible. Yea will the 'dr' said it's just a cold maybe HE should read up on what the CDC said about the 2015/2016 Flu - my husband has now been down flat for 5 days and I've been down 2 - this is not a cold it's the stinkin' FLU IF you don't want to treat or diagnose Flu then put a stupid sign on the door like you had for measles and we would have walked away and not wasted time or money. read more

Worst experience of my life. I went in with what I believed to be a kidney stone. When I got to the facility I had to run and throw up in their restroom because I was having such severe pain in my lower back and pain near my bladder. The whole time I was there all they kept telling me as that they couldn't give me pain medicine and that I should go to the ER if I need something for pain. I paid $75+ dollars for nothing but a urine sample confirming that I had blood in my urine which is an indicator for having a kidney stone. I will never go to this place again. I will take my business to the Cache Valley Hospital (Specialty Hospital) from now on. read more

DO NOT go here for Care. The office staff was friendly,and the wait time was short. HOWEVER, the Dr. I saw was awful. Horrible experience. He did NOT take my symptoms Seriously at all. Did not listen to me at all. Told me I may have a small infection. Prescribed me Bactrum. He could not answer me when I asked what type of infection I had. Only saw me for 5minutes. Said I had infection, wrote prescription, and walked me out the door. Come to find out, I did NOT need the bactrim, as I have no infection . My Gallbladder has quit working, and now may need surgery. May have been a better outcome, if I would have received proper Care at instacare when my symptoms first started. Now things are much worse for me. Very , very displeased!!! read more

I was disappointed that after waiting for 40 minutes the doctor was not able to check my child's neck to see if a disc or vertebrae might be the problem for him crying whenever he moved his head. The doctor saw us for max 3 minutes and told us to take our child to the ER for lots of x-rays. I said I would rather see a chiropractic before and he said it would be dangerous, we need to get x-rays etc. They forced our 18 month old into a neck brace and kept telling our screaming child he is okay. Obviously he was not okay or he wouldn't be crying. They treated us like we were oblivious to the emergency we were experiencing. They called the hospital to let them know we are coming but we went to a chiropractic instead. He checked the atlas, popped it back in and our child quit crying. The neck brace forced him into a painful position with the atlas out of whack. It was one of the worst kind of experiences at a doctors office I have had with one of my children and following the doctor's orders would have cost a lot more pain for our child and a huge bill. The 3 min max with the doctor are already a fortune when the chiropractic cost about $40. Unless there is something life threatening I will check with a reasonable chiropractic before. The staff also seemed to think we are clueless about taking care of a child. I don't believe I will be recommending this place. Too bad we have so few options in Cache Valley. read more
