I got him steam to help him, and rushed him here at opening New Year's Eve day. We prefer pediatric urgent care but at the time couldn't find one. Checkin was easy (considering we had no records there and had to provide information). I was told we should be seen within 15 minutes. I sat down, texted my husband and asked the text went through they called us back. We went through the usual intake with the nurse who made me feel heard. The doctor came in pretty quickly, let me know what he was seeing as he examined my son, gave recommendations and listened to my requests and acted accordingly. My sister in law (a local) didn't know we came here and said she's received poor care on prior visits, so I'm glad I didn't ask her prior to coming either. I have no regrets, though I may update once I get my final bill.

I don't know the reason for the prior review of Sterling Urgent Care, but I agree with Bryce S…read more Very shady, non transparent and poor business model. 1) I was told that it is Sterling's "Policy" that a new patience (first time patience) is charged a new patience charge over and above services provided. 2) Despite Sterling being in my insurance network, they balance bill the patience no matter what after you sign the "surprise" billing form; however, if you don't sign the "surprise" billing form, then they will not treat you. In other words, they can charge you more than the agreed upon rates that they negotiate with my insurance provider and then balance bill you.

I've gone in a few times for different things and the doctors that have looked at me have been very kind the nurses are super awesome. Stephanie was super awesome with my wife today. I've never seen a medical professional that seemed so sincere and that wanted to help their patient. The overall feel of the place is warm and calming. They're always playing either the house buying channel or cooking shows, which I think is boring, but good shows for people in an urgent care since it's not stressful like the news or something. This is a good place to go if you're going to pick an urgent care.

By the time we found our hotel, I was feverish and had tripped and fallen in the hallway to our room; my leg and shoulder were aching as was my head. After one night of very litle sleep we decided to turn around and drive six hours back home. my daughter advised me to go to the ER or to an Insta-care. We arrived at Sterling Urgent Care and were advised to go to go direct to the ER. Several hours later I was admitted to the hospital where I stayed for three nights with Influenze A. Every one was so attentive and helpful. Recovery was slow but not as bad as it could have been if we had not been advised to go direct to the ER. A few weeks after the December/January 2026 holidays I received what I assumed was a bill for $55.00 from Sterling Urgent Care. I wrote a check and sent it off to Sterling, The check cleared my bank account so I figured everything was fine. Since sending the check, I have received a bill for $55.00 and two other requests for payment. I have paid my Bill, my check has cleared my account. any future Bills for this payment will be returned to sender. This letter finally settles my account. She is a great pyrenees and has a long, double coat. Then she became much more reluctant to enter the area around the groomers. On her last visit I saw one person hauling on her leash and another shoving her from behind to get her in. I was too far away for my voice to be heard, but that was her last visit. No dog should be treated like that. A little time and patience is more likely to work with a reluctant dog, unless what ever had been done behind closed doors was too terrifying for her. My trained service dog could handle almost anything she might encounter, including emergency vehicles, along with firemen in full gear.
