At first I was looking at doing a half season. Branden was very professional and explained to me on the why's that was not an option this year. I respect anyone that can give you a straight answer that makes perfect logic with the type of economy we have now. A season's worth of snow removal was very affordable. His contract is very straight forward and clear on each bullet point. After meeting in person I was very impressed by the manner all my questions and concerns were handled. They did not overseed my whole lawn just the bare and thin spots, which should have been much cheaper than what I paid. And without using topsoil like they said they would. The cost was for the whole lawn. Absolutely no grass grew in the areas they supposedly overseeded, even after the wet spring that we had and my watering when dry! Old seed?!?! I've been back and forth with them many multple times with no satisfaction, just excuses. My lawn is just as bad as it was before, after paying them $425! Actually worse since I didn't put weedkiller down so as not to affect the seed!! Good business practices means standing by your work! They DID NOT!!
