It's located in the Galleria parking lot near the entrance for El Fornaio restaurant. Everyone was so very kind and it's such a clean and organized building inside. I would rather spend 20 minutes in an office in an hour at the DMV any day! Time is so valuable- and having a AAA membership being able to pop in here for so many things is such a huge help. I initially took my vehicle to Les Schwab Tire Centers and was quoted $2,900. I decided to go with Rocklin Smog since they are part of the RepairPal network. I also purchased the additional warranty through CarMax for added peace of mind. They had my vehicle for 5 days, and after all that time, only a partial replacement was performed. The original issue still exists. It's extremely frustrating to be without a car for that long, especially knowing that I may have to bring it back for additional repairs. I simply cannot afford to be without my vehicle again for more time off the road. After a week, I brought the car back and had a technician drive along with me so they could personally verify that the problem still existed. The issue was confirmed during the drive. I was then told I would need to leave my car there again for additional repairs and that they would call me to schedule an appointment. I never heard back. I trusted the shop based on their affiliation and the warranty coverage, but unfortunately the repair was not completed properly and the follow-up communication never happened. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

I've been to this location before and it continues to be my favorite -- it's clean, organized, and well maintained. It usually isn't too crowded either. To my surprise, I only waited about 10 minutes before my number was called and another 30 minutes to finish my paperwork. The employee helping me was new and needed a bit of assistance, but she was very sweet and apologetic. Even with that, I was out the door in just 45 minutes! Overall, this was one of the smoothest DMV experiences I've had. Definitely worth going early -- and this Roseville location continues to set the bar for efficiency and cleanliness.
