About 20 min after arrival, I realized I left my phone in the back of the car. After fortunately getting my hands on a phone, I called Apollo's main number. The person who answered told me he would call the driver and ask the driver to call me. The driver called a few minutes later and said he found the phone, but that he was in the middle of an oil change. When he heard when my train was, he thought for a moment and asked to call me back in a few minutes. He did call me back and said he secured another car and was on his way to South Station to drop off my phone. He got there 10 min before my train departed. At no point did anyone ask me for money to cover the additional trip (but I did anyways). What a great experience. I'm using them from now on!

I gave the cabbie the hospital name and took me on a $80 ride to the wrong Hospital... Instead of discussing the destination in full, and then socializing, he took me to the wrong place... I've been paid $7 to get back from where I was supposed to be so essentially I paid $73 to go 18 miles... he should have paid me $53 to get back to the hotel... I'm a business owner and I am now having to not work over the weekend waiting for my foot specialist to get back to the hospital on Monday. It is now Friday and I will ultimately lose a few thousand dollars on top of the $53 wage hustle I experienced
