I love logix but their new mobile app sucks. It doesn't look like much thought was put in to it. I'm keeping it solely because of the card manager feature(which you need to really search for to find) I intend to keep using the old app since it's more user friendly. I came here with a friend who was looking into refinancing her house. We checked in and were told it would take around 30 minutes because all reps were helping customers. We agreed and they added my friend's name on the list. We sat down in their couches waiting to be called and in the meantime as we waited the receptionists came up to us offering us water, we said yes. The receptionist brought us water, which I was very grateful for because I was feeling thirsty. They also have a section where guests are allowed to grab coffee. I checked in and for checking in I was given a car shade for free! I don't have one so I was pretty excited to receive one. Mike is the rep that was helping us. He was very helpful and printed out different rates for a home equity credit. My friend wanted some time to think things through but overall our experience here was pleasant. read more

My wife and I have been searching for over a year for an RV and a loan. We had applied a couple of times, but because of a bankruptcy a few years ago we were only able to be approved at a staggering 18% interest rate and could only finance 10 years out. We set up an account with Logix a couple of months early before we needed to put the application in. When we originally visited a branch, we went to another location locally and spoke to a different representative. Though not rude or discourteous in any way, he was not very helpful either. We decided on a whim to visit the Stevenson Ranch Branch on the Old Rd. We walked in and immediately felt welcome when we spoke to Sara Clark. She was extremely helpful and patient with us over the entire 3-month application and search process. This woman was the friendliest bank rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We got an absolutely great rate (5.99% on our RV loan which is fantastic) and the process was made easy by Sara. As a result of our experience with her and Logix as a whole, we have recommended both our daughters to the bank and referred several others as well. I got a new card and the pin changed some how so after trying to deposit at the atm outside I went in was greeted by two gentlemen in the front, and greeted by the teller before I got to the line area. She very nice got my pin and deposit taken care of. And told me to try my pin outside incase it wasn't resolved (which I didn't think of). I was treated uber-professional, and the Financial Services Officer was OUTSTANDING in every way. Sara Clark, is in my opinion, is what every person in the banking industry should be. Intelligent, Sincere, gave great explanations to the nuances of the loan, gap insurance, and was simply incredible. She was complete and a great representative for LOGIX. I don't have to login to my Logix account frequently and somehow, I forgot my password. Doh! So on Saturday, 9/27/14, I went to the Logix on the Old Road in Valencia/Stevenson Ranch. They helped me get my account info, which you expect. They directed my to a phone there at the branch to reset my password, which you expect. I picked up the phone and there was a voice immediately. So quickly that i thought it was a recording, which you expect. What I didn't expect was that it was a real person THAT fast. She was on the line sooo quickly, I missed her name. And they lady was so pleasant on the phone it was as if she was smiling the whole time on the phone! I'm sure I could hear her smile. There aren't enough great things to say about this credit union. I only wish that they would offer business accounts. I will be the first one to sign up!!
