Then I met JT Public Adjusters; in large part due to Matt Uliverie's upfront and honest approach I decided to go with them. They took care of the insurance side of things for me and got the whole roof replacement covered. Shoutout to Matt Ulivieri who was fantastic throughout the entire process. There was a separate issue caused by the crew during the installation, but when I called him, Matt didn't hesitate -- he had someone come out to fix it ASAP - with no hassle, no excuses. That kind of responsiveness truly matters and sets them apart.
