On the way out I was given a follow up appointment. I went today for my appointment and the lady, Ashley, didn't even know who I was. She asked how is your arm where you put the cream. I told her why I had been there before, and she didn't even look at it. She said it was fine. The reason they gave me an appointment was to check all the skin on my whole body. I couldn't believe it. I said I did not want or need that. She said OK and walked out. I stopped at the front desk on the way out and was told that because it was an office visit, they had to charge my copay and bill my insurance. I did not request this service, I did not know this is what they planned to do. This was sneaky and probably illegal. What despicable people.

They took my Covid vaccine card and said I could not get it back until I received my booster. I understand that things happen but it was very discouraging because I could not even reschedule. As they refused to give me my vaccine card, therefore "forcing" me to stay and wait. I was extremely upset and politely conveyed this to the person behind the counter. My concerns fell on deaf ears, she walked away, without making any comment, except to say " taking your card is our policy". You cannot have it back until you receive your shot. So although they provide a service, be prepared to wait a bit even though you may have a scheduled appointment. Most told me they waited 45 minutes to an hour.
