I was a little nervous walking in to a place that I have never been. They have a full bar and have list of coffee options. I wasn't offered anything but they had menus. Van did my nails and he did a great job. The prices are really good too. Coming from Arizona this blew my mind. Their English isn't great - just be prepared for that. I only say that as I told the gal at the front that I had a later appointment and that I wanted to see if I could get in early and she didn't understand and asked someone to help me and then when I sided for different nail polish and design books / again, they didn't know what I was asking. Great place, clean, massage chairs looked amazing and again, I left with what I wanted

I booked powder dip on tips and a pedicure. I've been getting dip for YEARS. I know the process. I know the steps. I know exactly what I'm paying for. This was the first time ever that a tech (Lena) didn't remove my old dip. No acetone. No soak. Nothing. And I know she knows better -- she did my nails two weeks ago the correct way. Instead, she literally filled the cuticles and poorly painted over old product -- the exact reason I stopped getting acrylics years ago. I switched to dip because it's fresh on my nails each time... or it's supposed to be. That's not just bad work -- that's misrepresentation of service. Now let's talk about the audacity, because Lena has it: She charged $10 extra each for cat-eye on hands AND toes -- fine, that's what I requested. But THEN she called me hours later to say she "forgot to charge another $15 for gel." I'm sorry, what? So selecting cat-eye actually means: * $10 for the cat-eye * $15 for gel So a $25 upcharge for a polish you didn't even apply correctly? What TF ever. Meanwhile, the cat-eye looks lumpy on both my fingers and the poor pedicure. I'm assuming because the magnet technique was all over the place, and the polish coverage speaks for itself (see photos). Let me be very clear: The price wasn't the problem. I expect to pay premium for proper work. Total was $125 when I paid, and I still tipped $25 -- for this. And then she called afterward to tell me it should've been $15 more? GTFOH. Absolutely not. One star. Won't be back. Update to this because a Tina texted me. I've been getting dipping powder for years -- including several times at this salon -- so I know exactly what the process should look like. This last visit was the first time I've ever had a tech skip the soak-off entirely and just paint over old product. The finish reflected that shortcut. What made the experience worse wasn't just the quality, but the follow-up. Hours after I left, the salon called to say I'd supposedly been undercharged when I paid $150 between a sketch mani and pedi. When I left my review, I received a text message from Tina explaining that I "didn't actually have dip" at all and was apparently mistaken about my own service history -- despite the fact that I've always booked (and been charged for) dip. None of my actual concerns were addressed: not the skipped removal, not the poor application, not the surprise call about being undercharged. Between the lack of transparency, the attempt to reframe what happened, and the refusal to acknowledge clear mistakes, this was not handled professionally. I expected better.

This is Lena, she is always smiling and happy!!

I have been to this salon 4 times, and I happen to get a new nail tech every time. They even have special deals and decor for the holidays. I wanted to leave a review when I had multiple pictures of results, so here it is! Thank you Tourbillon Nail Lounge for always taking me in and making my nails look beautiful.

I came here twice and both times had to finish plucking at home because so many spots were missed, especially right in between my brows. All the eyebrow hairs were left all over my face and I was not offered lotion or any soothing product as aftercare. This most recent visit I was left with a scratch between my eyebrows from the thread cutting a layer of skin and dark spots from when plucking was unsuccessfully attempted repeatedly in between my brows. I had high hopes, but likely won't be returning here

If you have never threaded before let me break it down for you. Personally I have thick, dense hair and threading just seems to keep me manicured looking clean longer than traditional wax. This is just my preference. Threading is done with string and is the method of pulling the hair from its follicle at the root. You typically use both your hands while she threads. One of them is used to pull down your skin tight from your eyelid area and the other one pull your skin up to create a tight surface easy for maximum hair removal. It is painful but so worth it! Takes around 10-15 minutes and a very short wait. Keep in mind y'all that my right eyebrow is extremely rounded and I am currently working on its arch game.
