Truly a hidden gem with the best deals. Don't forget to try their cashews, too. You will want to eat the whole package in one sitting. The customer service is great, and if you're lucky, they will have some sort of sample out. While I was recently there, it was a hard candy that was delicious. They have so many items from chocolates, to hard candies, to novelties having to do with Maryland. The candy is always well presented and super fresh. They pick the best, most experienced and kind employees to work at all times. I came here because the owner of Common Ground Cafe talked about their ice cream sandwiches. So, when I came in I literally made a beeline to the case with the ice cream options. I settled on a double chocolate and peanut butter ice cream sandwich. Michelle, one of the owners, directed me to the back where I could sit and enjoy this amazing ice cream sandwich. It was a hot day and this is exactly what I needed to cool me off. First off the packaging is beautiful and in a box with the label on the outside. As a marketing major, I appreciate the branding:) As I sunk my teeth into the sandwich it was so rich and so good. I love a combination of chocolate and peanut butter. I also got a buckeye chocolate which was again chocolate and peanut butter and it just melted in my mouth perfectly. Michelle recommended this to me and I would definitely get it again. There are a ton of chocolate options and candy that you can just relish yourself in as soon as you come through the door. I can't wait to come back here and try something new. Plus, I love the way this shop is decorated and has so much natural light coming in.

We're in town for vacation and to visit family. There is not really anything to do in this area so…read moremy dad asked the hotel staff what is fun to do and he suggested the bowling place with an arcade. I was like "meh, I bet a bowling alley will only have one racing game and a doll game " in my head. But it was only 3 miles away it's raining and there was nothing else to do. I went in to look at it before my dad and 8yr old sister saw it and was pleasantly surprised. It was small but had pretty much all the arcade games. It was lit up for a nice gaming environment too. We only had an hour and there was plenty to do. The games are conveniently coinless so they have swipe cards and when you check the card balance it even has a history of what games we played. All the games we played worked and were really fun. The screen for pac-man and space invaders was really big so that made it even more fun. Majority of the games have 1 and 2-player options. As usual most prizes are very high "priced" with the lowest costing 75 points. We earned 28 points lol. I found a candy grabber game and my sister won 2 pieces of candy with that. My sister is disappointed because she didn't win the doll-grab game (which nobody ever wins lol). But overall had a nice time. At the end I was trying to figure out what to do with the "points" on the card and they said they can be used to redeem prizes in a prize machine. I thought that might help from losing the doll grabber thing but it didn't. I would recommend this place for the arcade. The bowling looked fun too but we didn't do any bowling so I can't give details about it. I don't have anything bad to say though ‍

The shipping company had delivered the candy to someone else's house. I never received the candy. I reached out to Wockenfuss who re-sent my order. Then, I received a second package of candy.
