The stand can get pretty busy during peak summer hours, but luckily the staff at Icy are efficient at turning orders quickly. I have waited in lines 6-7 parties deep and have only waited 5-10 minutes to get my order. Food: 5/5. This is my go to stand for a classic Baltimore snowball. They do a good job crushing the ice to a fluffy consistency as well as evenly distributing the flavor syrups. Also, when administering the mandatory marshmallow fluff, they put half in the center and the rest on top for perfect mallow distribution from start to finish.
