Had the info been correct, I would have respected that & left the establishment. The rep was pleasant enough but QUEST needs to do better! What a waste of my time.

Had to have some labs done for my pre employment screening so I came to this location which was the closest to my house. Parking lot is decent size so no issues there and there is a vending machine in the front of lobby if needed. Upon entering the LabCorp you sign in by machine. The desk will call you for the paperwork and ID. It took about 20 minutes overall to get some lab drawn and do my drug screen. It is still weird that LabCorp open at 7:30 am but don't do drug screen till 10 am. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a quick and easy process.

I checked in from my phone and the site tells you that you are able to wait in your car or any close location (i.e., Parking lot). Within 1-2minutes, I got the text that the lab tech was ready for me. I came in and was seen right away. It's been years since I've had a person as efficient and effective as Shena (my labcorp tech) when it comes to performing venipuncture. Many other providers label me a "hard stick" and usually multiple people stick me multiple times before they are able to draw blood. Sheena did it one time and it was quick and easy.
