Called the office and Adam came out a couple of days later to inspect our lawn and give us a quote. After talking to a few other local vendors, we decided to go with FENIX and we are really pleased we did. Adam, Kimberley and Erica communicated really well and answered any question we had about the entire process. They provided us with a few turf samples as well as an extensive list of referral addresses we could use to inspect their craftsmanship and the quality of the installed turf product. When the day to start the project arrived, Dylan and the large crew arrived right on time as arranged and immediately got to work. They were very professional and skilled. They were able to complete the entire project in one day and cleaned up the "worksite" nicely. We are extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish and would use them again if needed and would highly recommend them if you were considering installing artificial turf for your landscaping project. Not only was the craftsmanship top notch, the value was exceptional as FENIX provided us with the lowest price of all the quotes we received.

A neighbor had recommended Fenix. About a year ago a representative came to our house to give an estimate. He brought samples and measured the area and was quite thorough in his explanation and recommendations. We decided on one of the products but had to hold off installation because we were having other work done in the backyard that could have damaged a new turf. Finally the yard was done almost a year later and we contacted Fenix. Their prices had gone up only 10 cents a square foot but they honored our original bid. Installation was scheduled a couple of weeks later. A week before the install we received an email with the site prep, warranty, care instructions, and other useful information. They offer a discount if you pay by cash or check. On installation day they arrived close to 8 a.m. and apologized for being late as it was foggy in Sacramento and dangerous driving. The crew immediately got to work, first capping off the irrigation that watered the former grass lawn and then digging out the dirt and roots. They uncovered a couple of drainage pipes that we weren't aware of and cleaned them out and reset them to be operational under the turf. They accidentally cut some irrigation pipes and quickly repaired them. Once the job was finished they cleaned up our backyard, even on the side of the yard they weren't working in. The new artificial turf looks wonderful. We highly recommend Fenix if you are considering artificial turf for your yard.

He was extremely professional in person and understood what direction we wanted to take along detailing what services he could provide for what we're looking to do. We met November 2024 and unfortunately could not pull off the project immediately and had to postpone for 12 months and not once was John bothering us after about the project. Fast forward to a year later, we now had the opportunity to start the project and within 18 working days, excavation, concrete, pouring, and final landscaping was all finished and wrapped up for our backyard, courtyard, and front yard project without any hiccups. His excavation team which included himself working every day, his concrete team/landscaping crew ex extremely efficient and professional, each and every day. Can't tell you how impressed we were without efficient each timeline that was hit and laid out from the beginning of our starting. John also stayed in communication with us every step of the way, and there was not a question that could not be answered. If you are looking for a landscaping company that not only has the project manager oversee everything, but is involved in the day today, Caligreen is a very highly recommended option for anyone looking to do a project. We started with what was to be a straight forward driveway replacement. Old cracked/cast in place cement being replaced with pavers. Travis recommended lights and we agreed that was worthwhile based on the scope of what was being done, and this being something we will look at every day, multiple times per day. The pavers were also going to be extended to the front door replacing an additional old sidewalk. We didn't want the least expensive contractor. We wanted someone that was reasonably priced, who would stand behind their work. Bella Rosa is that company. The project turned out better than expected. The lights are icing on the cake. The pavers look phenomenal. All that said, there were a few hiccups along the way. Miscommunications on Bella Rosa's side related to what was discussed initially, and when the crew came out for installation. However, Travis always quick to reply, prompt to meet to work through the details and we were very satisfied. As the front was nearing completion we were so confident in Travis's team, Freddy was the foreman on our project, we added on additional things to the original scope. Including, redoing a flagstone walkway, cleaning out a side yard area, removing a layer of soil, adding stabilized decomposed granite, putting in lights along a back fence line. We can't recommend Bella Rosa highly enough. Travis and his team do very good work. And, when things come up, which is normal in construction, they will stand by their work and resolve any unexpected things. These are projects we could've DIY'd, but the result would not have looked as good, and would've required many months to complete.

Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated.
