I came into today to get a whole bunch of items and when I say the customer service was everything I mean it !! The guy that helped us (wish I got his name for the review) showed us toys and was very patient because we were very indecisive, took his time laughed with us and even tried to show us the apps for some of the Bluetooth selections, 10/10 definitely recommend if you want a VERY WIDE variety of options and the store is so cute and bigg there was so many things.... if I let him show me more my bill would've been a lot more lol. This was the first time coming to a store like this and believe me when I say that I was nervous beyond belief. The staff was super accommodating and friendly, I had actually bumped into the owner and he personally helped me. Overall, everyone was super helpful and they really helped me find the right products. As for the store itself, I found everything super well organized and clean. I was kind of nervous to enter a store like this at first but the staff was so friendly that I forgot all about it! The atmosphere is great and the staff is so knowledgeable. I've been to other adult stores and they're usually kind of sketchy but this store didn't have that vibe at all! Everything looked so modern and well kept. They have so much variety and selection so don't be scared to just ask a staff member. To be honest, I'm not quite sure where to start because all aspects of this location was phenomenal. From the friendliness of the staff to the wide variety of products that the location carries I could not find a flaw during the many times I've visited. Let's start with the cleanliness of the store. After walking around the store looking for things to purchase, I was glad to see that the store was mostly spotless and organized. The staff organized the items very well and I could find what I wanted within seconds of entering. On the off chance that I couldn't find what I was looking for, staff members were always there to help. Knowing that I am an infrequent visitor, the employees took their time providing suggestions and explaining each product. As for the products themselves, I found prices to be reasonable and never had any problems with my purchases. The store seems to have all types of adult products in stock for both males and females. I was personally in there to buy condoms, but noticed the wide selection in the store after perusing around. In my future visits I will make sure to try out something new. This was my first time coming to this shop and I was surprised how big it was, It really has everything you need and more ! So many interesting things to spice up your sexuality I absolutely loved it. John, super cool guy, very interactive with the customers, answers any questions you might have about the products and helps you find exactly what you need. He made my sister and I feel so comfortable shopping around, Gave us space to talk amongst ourselves, We were here about 2 hours and Well spent. Sold me a defective vibrator that wouldn't turn on or charge, and when I went back to return or exchange or even check another vibrator to make sure this one was a fluke, the woman behind the register was so incredibly rude to me, I was stunned. A while ago I bought merchandise here that turned out to be defective out of the box. I thought I'd just gotten unlucky so I went back again recently and bought another item, which I never used as it too turned out to be defective. I brought it back and showed them it didn't work, so they replaced it with another item... that was defective! London Boutique has a no-refunds policy so I just lost my money. Low quality, high priced, defective merchandise with no refunds... stay away. I'll spend my money at Babeland next time.
