At first, I couldn't have agreed with the other reviewers of this store more - cute finds for pretty cheap prices. The first time I went there, I liked a dress but couldn't try it on as the cashier informed me that they had no fitting rooms, BUT he assured me that the store has a 14 day no questions asked exchange policy so I shouldn't worry. As I was paying I saw that there was a small rip in the dress where the seams fell apart and pointed this out to the cashier, who immediately took $7 off my $23 dress. But when I went home and tried it on, it ended up being too big so the very next day, I took it back to the store, thinking I'll just exchange it for something else. I made 2 big discoveries that next day - 1) the store HAS A FITTING ROOM!! I surmise that i was told otherwise just the night before because the store was near closing time and they couldn't be bothered with something as trivial as customers, and 2) the cashier, who turned out was the manager of the store, flat out lied to me. He remembered me but REFUSED to let me exchange the dress on the grounds that he had given me a discount due to the ripped seams, and therefore the item was a final sale. Hearing that for the first time, I kindly reminded him of the situation - I was not allowed to try on the dress, I was explicitly told that I could exchange it for another item in the store, I could swear I was never told it was a final sale, and I was asking to exchange it for the $15 I paid for it less than 24 hours ago for another item IN HIS store! NO. That was the final answer. By then, it wasn't even a matter of the dress or the $15 anymore. It was only $15! I didn't care about that, but never in my life have I been lied to and had such an awful experience at a retail store. And by a MANAGER! I was just disgusted with what they call customer service. I wonder if that $15 was worth losing what would've otherwise been a repeat customer for life. Because for certain, that is ONE store I will never step foot into again.

Pauline, the petite French firecracker, is always there & tells me things like "with a body like that, you have no problems, eh?" despite me nearly doing crunches to look good without a top on before I go in to be fitted. By the time I leave there, I practically believe her. The bras are always the best quality (I am busty & recommend Chantelle) & for a woman with curves, like me, I can always find something. Most of the intimates are a bit of an investment (for 2 bras I usually spend about $140) but they are well worth it. They give me support, enhance my waist & on the average, last for about a year.
