I went to this store six weeks ago. The environment was nice, it seemed to be a very well kept store and the two employees that were there to help me we're super friendly & helpful... but the reliability of this store is absolute GARBAGE. In the picture i attached here i bought two products. Two vibrators for my partner. One was $120 and the other was $45... BOTH did not work and there was apparently no refunds. I bought the first vibrator at 4pm July 30th, went home to charge it for a few hours... and it wouldnt even turn on. So i went back to the store the same day before closing hours and told the employees. The employees tested it out & even noticed themselves that the product was in fact 100% defective. They told me to write my number down so the manager could contact me for any possible assistance (hopefully a refund). So while i was there i was like, you know what let me just purchase something else. I purchased the $45 vibrator, they tested it literally right in front of me & it turned on because it was precharged so it seemed legitimate so i was satisfied. Three days later meeting up with my parter... the vibrator DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE CHARGER INSIDE THE BOX which there is no alternative because its a 1 of 1 magnetic charger that only works for that product. So we ended up not even using it because it died within minutes. Mind you ive called the store multiple times within the first seven days about both products and the manager was never there AND i didnt even get a call back so im assuming writing my number down was completely pointless. I 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS STORE IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND THEIR PRODUCTS DONT EVEN WORK... What a waste of $165. Please go to any other shop that is in the neighborhood. read more

Cool store... good variety of items. Randomly placed across from a Staples and next to other non-adult stores... but I guess it works. The front glass/windows don't reveal too much so once you're inside you don't feel exposed (for those worried about privacy and it's very high trafficked location). The high end items are on the main level... for more inexpensive items and novelties, head downstairs. Customer service is fairly good-again, upstairs they are extremely helpful but there was no one downstairs to assist. It's very tight and cramped as well-luckily I had 2 skinny women with me who squeezed in the tighter spots to get to the toys. Also I guess you can't open boxes on your own because when we did... an employee miraculously appeared. He wasn't rude but I usually go places where an employee is always there to open packages for you so you can better see the size/girth (especially if the information is not printed on the box). I went to the store today 10/10/17 and i made a purchase I want to pay with my credit card the cashier asked for my ID she took it out my wallet and started writing down my information for my driver's license I asked her what she's doing that for her response was "bro but you know every place you use your credit card they write down your information. The store is kept well organized but the staff there need to get educated on how to treat customers. I was told multiple times not to touch anything their comments were because the boss is watching and he/she does not like it.
