Service was awful. There may have been some staffing issues but not sure. I was there with a few coworkers for around three and a half hours and the waitress only came to the table a couple time. At one point we wondered where she went. It looked like she stopped waitressing and started bartending. Nothing was said. It took forever to get my drink. Just as long for my order to be taken. When our food came out by someone else, They walked to every table asking them if it was theirs before bringing it to us. At one point the waitress was suppose to bring us To-go containers but never did. We went to the bar to get them. Since they were out of a couple options I wanted, I got the appetizer of fried veggies. It tasted good. At midnight I realized upon researching food poisoning symptoms that I was a victim of that. What was suppose to be a fun night turned into a huge mistake. I paid twice. Once for food and the second was up all night being sick. I will never go back.

To go order. Steak was good and well cooked. I think the buffalo chicken wrap could have been better.

I am a resident of Brecksville and strongly support local vendors however my experience at London Pickle Works this evening is extremely unsafe for the community. I ordered the buffalo grilled chicken wrap and my chicken was completely raw on the inside. I called the restaurant and was denied over the phone. Donna stated that it was impossible the chicken could be raw. I drove back to restaurant, showed the waitresses and Donna the raw chicken at which point she said "ewwww!" I was never apologized to and instead was quickly given a refund, told "You'll be alright", and shoved out the door. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and uncooked food is an extreme risk with severe consequences of miscarriage and fetal abnormalities. I was dismissed. No one cared or apologized. I can only imagine how many other customers this is happening to. I will be following up with the Owner, Garry. This is despicable to the city of Brecksville to have such an abhorrent restaurant serving undercooked food to the community.

The best surprise of my night out! I was visiting the area from out of town and ended the night here. 1. It's open later than other places, 2. Donna, the bartender was awesome, she seemed to know all of the locals and 3. The hot pickle and pizza bread was the best of its kind. What a local gem!

Not particularly good. Bathroom is nasty. Food decent. Terrible cell phone signal and no WiFi. Probably won't return.

I want them to be crispy on the outside with a mouthful of chicken in each bite and they were just that. The lemon pepper sauce was very salty, but I love salt and vinegar chips so I was prepared. This is your typical Irish bar - long bar with 8-10 rectangle tables. We sat at the bar and our bartender/server was very friendly and helpful.

You won't even be able to stand. As for my other visit, it was on a Friday night. A nice sized crowd, full bar. Sports game on the television. A nice atmosphere for a neighborhood bar. A great touch is the 1 pinball machine in the corner. Older game but it does take up something to do with friends. As with service we were told that the bar is extremely behind by a rude bartender named Meg. You can tell she was overwhelmed and just seemed to be having a rough day. A few minutes later we were told by staff that the kitchen was now closed. Pretty strange as the menu is mainly all bar served fried food or burgers etc. The bartender also announced that they were out of fish as well. I continued to order drinks, they were cold and tasted as advertised. About an hour or so later , the kitchen was then re opened when the bar was less crowded. I order a dozen wings, garlic Parmesan with ranch. The wings were real solid. Nice and crispy and the garlic and parm combo was just enough. The basket of fries we got were average fries. Not crispy, nor salty but atleast they were hot. The prices were about average, no complaints about that. Overall, the bar does not seem to handle stress or large crowds very well. My wings were good, fries were average like I said. My friends attend this bar often and did tell me that this bar is not like this usually. May have been a rough day. I assume I will be back again, I wouldn't pick this place to go to but the location is close enough to the area we hang out. Not so much of any certain type of theme at the bar but I did notice the staff recognize many patrons by name so it will continue to be the neighborhood bar for many. Overall a 6.7 out of 10.

My waitress (Renee) immediately greeted me, she was friendly & professional and offered to take my drink order, since I was ready, she took my order, fish & chips which comes with a cup of coleslaw. The food arrived fairly quickly and I was impressed at the size of the meal. A large fillet perfectly fried and crispy. The fries were ok, but they do offer malt vinegar on the side and a the tartar sauce was good. The place definitely has that old English pub feel and appeared to be clean and orderly. I would definitely dine here again, when flying in or out of Cleveland Hopkins.

The sandwiches ($21) came with pub chips which I was good with. My husband wanted fries instead so he paid $3 more for fries. I ordered my sandwich with no cheese or aioli/mayo. I did ask for honey mustard instead and was charged $1.00 for a tiny cup of it. But did they take some money off for the removal of cheese or aioli?? The sandwich itself was good but it was on the smaller side. I can never finish a whole sandwich but I finished this one. Service was good for an airport restaurant. We did try to find a table with outlets to charge our phones and they didn't have any.
