Even if he was unable to do it - there is a right and wrong way to speak to customers.. yelling at them is not the correct way. She was upset at the reation and therefore she left, but on her way out, the old man yelled "If you leave this stor and try to come back, i will not do it for you". That is not right. I sincerely hope this was just a one-off situation due to stress, but regardless of the reasoning, my mother is an older woman just trying to get her clothes hemmed.. she deserved to be treated with respect.

When I asked her for the final cost the price she gave me exceeded the quote by more than $75!!! When I asked how come I was told the hemming was double the price b/c the dress was lined hence two hems had to be done. As well the jacket cost was higher "b/c the material is difficult to work with" I honestly feel as though I'm being taken advantage of!

This caused much stress as it was not leave us much time. When I called the next morning I was told it would be done by the end of the day, again not even an apology. When we went to pickup the dress we were ignored a good 5-10 min before anyone came to the counter, she handed the dress over and just turned and walked away. When my daughter tried it on again it was hemmed at the front but not even and still touching the floor which was not the length it was pinned at. We also had a custom couch made. Again, the design is beautiful but the quality of the work has a few bobbles to it. For example, it's obvious that they miscut a piece of fabric for one of the cushions so they just added an another piece. It's the only cushion with that extra piece added. Also, the inside seams weren't serged, so they are frayed. The couch looks good and has held up well, but the cutting of corners is noticeable to someone who sews. Items were delivered on time. Prices commensurate with the work done.

Jen pinned my hem so delicately and made sure I was happy with the length. Sounds unimportant except when the pants are expensive and for a weekend conference. Their pricing was reasonable. Family owned and operated you can tell how dedicated they are to their customers. As I was finishing up, another return customer was there laughing and joking with them. I love that atmosphere. Brad was super busy and wasn't sure he could get it done. Once I explained my situation he told me not to worry about it, come by before closing and he would make sure it was done. When I arrived it was done and looked amazing. I went to go pay for the amazing and service and he said not to worry about it. It is so amazing that there are still genuine and caring people in this world. As London being my hometown, I visit a lot. I will be back!
