I had an amazing day at London's Salt Spa! Debbie, the owner, is so friendly and knowledgeable about the healing wonders of salt. I bought several scented salt scrubs and a salt stick for my son's acne and the prices were more than reasonable. I added a salt scrub with Verena, the massage therapist, and oh man I'm so glad I did. She has a delightful touch (I should know! I'm a massage therapist) and her personality is so sweet. My skin feels so soft today. Since I traveled over an hour to get there, Debbie booked me for a cave session where I had the cave all to myself. So thoughtful! I spend 45 minutes of bliss listening to the waterfall and gazing at the glowing salt. I didn't want to leave! I'm going to be back for sure! I'm getting the day spa package next time I go which is a salt scrub, one hour massage, and a 45-minute cave session. Cannot wait! Debbie has a great FB page and posts all sorts of fun info, packages, and special events. Highly recommend!

Emilee is the newest to join and offers a great sports massage!! It's about $80 per an hour. The ladies also take tip via Venmo, which makes it easier. I also had the pleasure of joining their Saturday morning yoga class with Becky in the barn. $12 for 1 hour. The barn easily accommodates a large group and a nice breeze and fans in each corner made the morning yoga session just perfect. They have yoga mats, blocks, and knee pads available for use. I also joined the late morning sound bath session with Carrie. $35 for 1 hour. The hour went by so quick. It was so relaxing and calming. Carrie utilizes a variety of bowls and instruments to general sound and vibrations over and around us in a guided relaxation session. They have yoga mats and pillows available for use. Between the yoga and sound bath, Lori brought out light refreshments to include ice tea, blueberry cucumber water, gluten free honey bars, lavender and earl grey shortbread cookies, and a melon blueberry salad. Perfect for a quick snack in between sessions. The Barn is adjacent to the Spa and located at 112 Cedar Ridge Rd.
