We went for a girls day for my mother in law's retirement while on vacation. Jenn did a great job with my total body massage! I absolutely loved it, and achieved the relaxation I needed. I have skin allergies and they had a number of oil options I could look through to make sure I used the one safe for me. The only thing is we asked for separate rooms but we ended up being placed in the same room. We also wish we had asked for female therapists only. Issac was professional but it was uncomfortable to have a man. - - - - Update response to owner's comment: We did not have a change of plans nor was there an issue of the person booking not sharing information. I made a point to talk to the booking individual before I wrote my review. We were never told that we would have male therapist. I'm glad to hear they usually ask, but in this case they did not, which is fine, we should have asked ourselves. I just wanted to give others a heads up to ask, there was nothing against him. Likewise, the person booking specifically asked to be in separate rooms, and she was told that was only possible if we went two at a time (our total party was four). There was no change in plans. However, once we got there we were in the same room. We did not mention it at that point because with having a male therapist we felt more comfortable being in the same room even if it felt like a couple's massage. Overall I had a great experience while there, which is why I gave an excellent 4 star reviews. However, I should share that before the owner replied to my review, I received a notification from Yelp that the owner flagged my review as being for the wrong place. I had a few days to respond to Yelp staff or my review was going to be removed. I responded in time, and the review stayed. As you can see the owner clearly knew us by name. I now wonder if the reason this business only has 5 star reviews (aside from mine) is because they try screening their reviews by falsely reporting them. I cannot recommend this spa enough! I am now getting a monthly facial with Ashley G. And this experience is something to look forward to each month!!. This is not a facial where they leave you in the room as the mask does its thing. Ashley massages your head and feet and hands to the point you are falling asleep. If you were hesitant on getting a Brazilian wax or didn't know who to go to LOOK NO FARTHER!!! Gina is your go to woman!! I swear she is the best wax lady I've ever went to! I've been getting waxed religiously for about a year and a half and no other place has even came close to the results I had from this wax. She was very thorough and paid attention to the little details making my girl look perfect!!! Typically my pain with getting a Brazilian is a 12/10 but with Gina it was a 5/10 she even used a numbing spray at the beginning and finished it off with an aloe mask.
