Restrooms and showers were clean each time I used them. The cliffside views are amazing at sunset, and the park felt calm at night. Staff was friendly and quick to help when I asked a question at check-in. Wi-Fi worked fine for email and streaming. Good walking space and plenty of shade in parts of the park. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to friends who want a relaxing spot with a legit spring pool. Five stars.

The agent basically told me you are out of luck anyway and I cannot help you in a very very inappropriate tone as in extremely rude and very high pitched voice. I didnt even have a chance to get a word in. The agent is ART and its a call center so Im sure nothing will be done to apologize for the way I was treated.

This park has extremely reasonable monthly rates. The sites are huge with plenty of space in between them. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, clean and with such comfortable lounge chairs. The restrooms and laundry facilities are clean and in good working order; the washer & dryers look new. Theres an exercise room, a game room, a fishing hole, and a really nice playground for kids. There are two showers and a nice laundry room. Our 5th wheel is very large and it was easy access on the pull through site. The park was recently bought and they are working on things. That said, they did have our information in a box for after hours check in. The bathrooms were great, spacious, clean and plentiful. The showers have great water pressure and adjustable shower heads. They're right next to the laundry that looked to be $3 a load. We had a back in waterfront location and it was great to be able to just hop in the water. There's also a few marinas and a pool on-site. We ran out of drinking water and were a bit bummed there wasn't a water refill station and the office was closed which I believe is where the store is. It's dog friendly and had a small dog park.
