Best Car wash in the area!! They have completely upped their game over the last year and definitely worthy of the 5-Star rating!! Vacuums work fantastic, they offer nice cleaning products and plenty of microfiber cloths. Quality of wash is much improved. I'm not sure what happened today, I can only attest to what I saw. I was taking my car for a car wash, as I have several times before. When I pulled in, there was a customer complaining his (really nice) truck was not properly cleaned. The manager was screaming at the top of his lungs. Apparently the manager called the police to have this man evicted from the property. Really, because he complained his truck was still dirty after he paid you to clean it? Guess I'll be going somewhere else. I don't want to do business with people who call the police on their own customers. 1 STAR... why are you still in business if you don't like people? read more

WORST car wash ever!! They charge WAY too much for a crappy wash and vacuums that don't even work. AND they expect you to tip the employees that pre scrub of your car for 5 seconds while they scratched my new car doing so and pointed it out to the manager. The managers are HORRIBLE and are STILL charging my account for a membership when I have had MULTIPLE in person decisions with them to cancel my membership. I even at my bank got a new card which seems un real to STILL be charging me through my bank! read more

Damage to my vehicle, bad service and getting the police called on me is not what I expected when I dropped off my truck for a full hand wash and detail at Lone Star Super Wash. Be careful, or this could happen to you... Today I dropped my truck off for a full-service hand wash and interior clean. I was charged $80.00 up front, and when I returned 3 hours later all I had received was a half clean truck and a bad attitude from the "manager". (see pictures) When I got back to the car wash, one of the employees came out and greeted me. He was a tall soft-spoken young man and seemed very nice. When I told him that I was not satisfied with the condition of my truck he said the Manager would be right over. No problem. A few minutes later a guy in a blue sweatshirt walked passed me and started halfheartedly working on my truck. The gentleman never said a word to me, or asked what my issues were. I assumed the manager had sent someone over to "finish" cleaning my truck. However, I still wanted to speak with a manager. After waiting for a few more minutes, and telling this employee's heart clearly wasn't into providing a "super wash", I went back over to the tall young man and asked why the manager hadn't come out yet. Much to my surprise, he advised me the manager was the guy working on my truck and walked over to the truck with me. With the three of us together, I showed the employee some trash in the cup holder and asked him, "How can you consider this truck to be cleaned where there is still trash in the cup holder?" I will admit I was frustrated, and I had to pick up my children from school. I told the employee that I don't have time for this truck to be rewashed and re-detailed appropriately, and I think I want a refund. Then the employee, whom I'd been told was the manager, slammed my truck door! He told me to leave and stormed away. I asked him to come back and talk to me, and he screamed "OR WHAT"? He got right up in my face in a very threatening manner, as if we were going to handle this with a fistfight or something? I backed away, and told him that I was in no way threatening him. However, I would not leave without a clean truck which I payed for, or a refund. At this point, I felt there was no way this person could be in charge, so I told him I wanted to speak with the manager. Just like my 6 year-old, he stomped his feet he screamed I AM THE MANAGER!!! Okay, then I feel like I should escalate this situation, and I asked to speak with the owner. Then, I guess he promoted himself, and screamed I AM THE ONWER!! I told him I felt that there was no way he could be the owner, and he screamed at the top of his lungs so every person could hear, "WANNA BET?" I asked him for his name and yelled "I'M CALLING THE COPS"! Well, that escalated quickly... and he did! He called the Decatur police who were forced to give me a criminal trespass warning, and advised me I would be arrested if I ever set foot on that property again!! The police were professional and did their jobs, they agreed my truck had not received adequate service. However, they refused to get involved and stated it is a "Civil Matter". They told me I would have to go file a complaint in the civil court. They are, however, going to investigate the damage on my windshield that was not present when I dropped off my truck. I was told they would review the CCTV footage and let me know what they find. So here I sit with a dirty and damaged truck, banned from the premises by law, frustrated and short $80 some odd dollars. I've been around Decatur most of my life and given this business a few thousand dollars of my money over the years. Several of my family members have used this car wash in the past, as well. However, based on the way I was treated today I was never going to return... but now I've been banned. If I were you... I would not go to this place. The Manager/Owner (or whoever he is) appears to have no interest in providing quality service or a good experience for the customer. There is NO quality control, and apparently, NO accountability. He also does not seem to have a problem lying to people as he lied to me! I know he is not the owner and the police confirmed he is not the owner, stating they had met the owner. They would not provide me the owners name or information but told me I should be able it find it easily. I never did get the managers name. After reading the YELP reviews (1 STAR), Google Review (3 STARS)... I should've done what everyone else from Decatur already knows: That is to STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! read more

Once again, however the worst wash to date, I'm left feeling cheated. Got the $10 wash only wash half functioned. No way to even speak to anyone for help. Every time I come here some part of this wash does not work. Today it was the undercarriage wash that was malfunctioning. I leave with a half clean car at best I always regret coming. I always decide well just this time maybe they've got it fixed and I'm always totally disappointed. Also the water keeps spraying when the dryer is on. this is the worst fucking car wash I've ever been to. I will never return. Save your money. Let your five year old wash your car. I have given this place 2 chances, each time I have left cheated. 1st time I was going to clean my car (vacuum and wash). I used the vacuum, however the price was falsely advertised as a $1, actual price was $1.50 for 2.5 minutes, barely enough time to vacuum a quarter of my car. I did not stick around after the first $3. 2nd time I went to wash my car after vacation on the coast. I tried to pre-soak my car with the pressure wand; however, the wand was not putting out any soap. I then tried to use the foaming brush to soap up my car instead, once again no soap. After searching for the service phone number (they had two signs, but the numbers had been removed from one) I found a legible sign and tried to call the number to no avail (the phone rang a few times then went straight to a dial up tone). Put in enough money for 10 min or so just to find out that there was no soap, no foam for the brush, no foam out of the gun. So for 10 minutes all I had was regular water. Went to vacuum and the first one was jammed up with quarters, the second took my money but never turned on, the third one turned on but wouldn't suck anything up, just counted it as a loss and left.. read more

I WOULD NOT EVEN RATE IT AS 1. I wrote owner and he did respond. Job was below poor and I showed a few people and go some laughs. No one has a clue at this place. Owner responds poorly also, on the defense, probably because he gets so many complaints. Customer is always wrong at this place. No pride in their work and it seems everything is extra charge. A $249.99 detail is a rinse and wipe with dirty towel. Inside smells like a wet dog and brake dust on wheels. It's obvious that owner only cares about collecting his bag of quarters at the end of the day. read more

I've brought 2 cars to this place using their service. The first time the car was still dirty inside, windows streaked, and mud/dirt still under wheel wells. I paid extra for inside and under car. This last time and I mean this literally, my car was still dirty! My car is brand new, less than 2 months old. It wasn't really dirty inside, a little on driver and passenger floor mats and a little dusty on dashboard. I was only cleaning because I was picking up people at the airport and wanted it to look nice. The outside was dusty and around the bottom of car white from dirt and rain. When I walked outside I asked about it and they told me it wouldn't come off. I asked him to try and wouldn't you know it did!!! I have a small crossover so when I lifted the back it hadn't been wiped down or vac. They said they don't do cargo area unless you want to pay extra. That's not specified when purchasing the type of car wash you want. Mind you I paid the second to highest price level. The windows were streaked, there was still mud all along the bottom of car, the wheel wells trim area was muddy, the inside door areas hadn't been wiped down and there was still dirt on the floor mats. When I asked the attendant initially about the mud he wiped that one area then walked away. I had other attendants working next to my car but wouldn't even look in my direction as I tried to get their attention. This place does a very poor job, their effort is subpar and they over charge in price. I've been to several of these types of car wash places across many states and on avg they provide the same level of service so my expectation was not out of the ordinary.
