She did my inspection anyway, but never reported the inspection to the state and refused to do so when I called. She even said she had it right there and I could pick it up from them, but she would not send it through to the state for me (something I paid her shop to do in the first place). Her demeanor led me to believe that she didn't report the inspection on purpose to inconvenience me, as I had apparently inconvenienced her when she did the inspection. Also, she told me to stay in my car during the inspection and she never even drove it, which I now know is illegal. My family will be going elsewhere. I ended up getting another inspection just down the road. Much more positive experience and i was able to register my vehicle online the next morning.

He said he was a well trained person (18) and all cars have keys! I said look there is no place for a key, he told me to get the F*** out of here! I tried to show him how to reset the oil without a key but the manager came over and yelled at me to leave. Three young kids the like weed better than customers! Twenty years I'v been going to Riley but never more! The place across the street how has the old staff before new owners and did an outstanding job on my car without a key! The staff was really rude and condescending like they are better than us! Never going back with all five of my cars!

As I use a sunshade, I opted for the 4 doors + back window + panoramic roof, but have the option to add the windshield later if needed. I know nothing about car tint. Jason was wonderful, and explained the differences. I ended up going with the Pinnacle. The windows are legally tinted but nice and dark. The ceramic coating officially keeps 93% of the heat and UV rays out of the car, making this a VERY COOL RIDE! The job took 3-4 hours. The wait was less than 2 weeks to get in here. The value was fantastic, and these guys did a great job! PS. I will be back for the windshield soon! I can now tell the difference, and wish I would have done it with the rest of the car!! 5 STARS!!

For my first car, I provided a starter, but they insisted it was the wrong part and charged me over double the price for one of their own, leading to a $978 bill for a starter replacement. When I got the car back, the check engine light remained on, and my A/C, which was working perfectly before I dropped the car off, had stopped functioning. While they had my second car to fix a rattle, they quoted me $1,300 for a brake job and claimed I needed a new battery. When I went to pick up the vehicle, it wouldn't start. When I questioned the owner, Alex, about whether the car had been test-driven and asked to inspect the work before paying, the situation escalated rapidly. Instead of addressing my concerns, he refused to let me use a simple wrench to check the battery and, remarkably, called the police to issue me a criminal trespass warning. I was forced to pay the $1,330 bill just to be allowed to swap out my battery, only to find out from the auto parts store that my original battery was perfectly fine--it just needed a charge. To top it off, I was then threatened with having my car towed if I didn't remove it immediately, despite having no transportation. This shop lacks basic accountability and customer service. I spent roughly $2,400 in total and left with more issues than I started with. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for automotive repairs. So there is a warrenty for the repairs 1 year for the labor and two years on the parts . Both of the cars still had the check engine light on after the repairs and I had no way of asking . I was told I needed a battery that only needed a charge, was not helped unless I paid first. So I have two cars that still need repairs and have no recourse if the repairs done don't last. This just seems strange to me. To be given a No Trespass and no response to why the A/C not working in the Accura ad no way to bring either of the cars back for any warranty work? That is why I am posting NOW because I want others to be aware of what might happen to them when looking for a repair shop.

Thanks for the maliciously slow service. Customer service is not the name of the game at this place.
