Within 2 weeks of getting my vehicle, I had to get all 4 tires replaced and have an alignment. When I called Silverrock/carvana about covering this, they replied with no, you're past the 7 days warranty. Another $1000, out of pocket. They messed up my down payment, so now I have a higher monthly payment. They're resolution for that was make a payment towards the principal. That's not the point I put down a larger down payment to have a lower monthly payment

Preferring to buy locally, I visited Toyota of Plano to see if you could match the offer. Instead of a professional discussion, I was met with shocking hostility from one of your managers (a tall gentleman of Middle Eastern descent). He directly attacked my integrity, stating, "I've seen this trick many times; people bring fake quotes from Richardson or Prosper to deceive us." He further alleged, without any evidence, that the other dealer would add a markup of over $6,000. While I respect a dealership's right to decline a price match, I find it unacceptable to be accused of dishonesty. This lack of professional ethics is not only a personal insult but a significant blow to the Toyota brand image. As a direct result of this experience, I returned to Longo Toyota of Prosper the following day and purchased the vehicle there. The contrast in service was stark; they treated me with respect, and my wife is thrilled with our new car. I will be sharing this experience with my community to ensure other buyers know to take their business to dealerships that actually value their customers.

If you are unfortunate enough to own this car and experience this issue you know that there is no easy fix. When I arrived I pulled up, handed the tech the keys, and walked inside to check in. Lawrence was so nice and helpful, let me know a time frame, and explained where the restrooms and snacks were located. He also let me know there was a recall that they would also take care of while they had my car back there. After about 3 hours Lawrence called me up and informed me that they were not able to get the sunroof closed and the cost of getting it fixed is almost $11,000. Having just moved 1000 miles from home, looking for a job, and have now loss my reliable transportation I broke down right at his desk. Lawrence proceeded to go talk to other managers to see how he could help me. He mentioned that they could take the headliner down and MAYBE be able to get it closed that way. I had to take the risk. About 4 hours later he comes out to the lobby with a technician named Tristan. Poor Tristan had been fighting with my sunroof all day, but was determined to help me and continued to try everything he could possibly think of. Eventually all his hard work payed off and he was able to get closed and even washed my car for me. These two men may have just been doing their job to other people, but they really did change my life. They offered support, determination, and the willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. Having just moved to Texas this was my first experience with this location and I now will continue to have my car serviced here. P.S. Let this be a reminder to NOT get a Toyota Camry with a panoramic moonroof!!

The leasing agent I worked with was honestly one of the least communicative people I have ever dealt with. I would respond to her emails or messages and then wait DAYS to receive a response. When I finally did hear back, I still couldn't get clear answers about the actual terms of the approval. I was told that my application had been approved, then asked for a down payment. After that, I was repeatedly told that I needed "more" of a down payment, but no one would clearly explain exactly how much was required or what the actual terms of the approval were. How are you supposed to make an informed financial decision when you can't even get basic information about the deal? What made it even worse was that getting an answer to any of these questions could take days. I work in customer service, so I understand that people get busy and responses aren't always immediate. But communication is one of the most basic parts of doing business, especially when you are dealing with something as significant as financing a vehicle. There is a major difference between being busy and simply failing to communicate with a customer. The entire process felt like a waste of my time. It was poorly communicated, unnecessarily confusing, and left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Fair Lease as a company. I genuinely hope other customers have a better experience than I did, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Fair Lease.

Recently, I noticed unusual cracking and tears in the leather on the driver's seat. Unfortunately, I was just outside the warranty mileage, and I thought I might be out of luck. Enter Lenah Eszlinger, Service Manager. Lenah went above and beyond. Rather than simply telling me the vehicle was outside the warranty mileage, she contacted Chevrolet on my behalf to see if they would still honor the repair under warranty. After about a week, she was able to get the repair approved, and my seat was repaired under warranty. That kind of customer service makes a lasting impression. From Leon taking care of me when I purchased the Tahoe to Lenah stepping up when I needed help nearly two years later, Stonebriar Chevrolet has earned my trust and my future business. I left as a very satisfied customer, and there is no doubt where I'll be going when it's time for my next vehicle. Thank you, Leon and Lenah!

JULIAN TRUJILLO - DEALER PRINCIPAL / MANAGER…read more 1-Star Review - Horrible Experience & Extremely Misleading Pricing I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding what I believe was misleading/false advertising. I had an absolutely horrible experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet. I came into the dealership specifically to purchase a Chevrolet Tahoe they had advertised online at a certain price. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and came in because of the price they publicly advertised. When I originally sat down, I was told there was approximately a $2,000 dealer add-on. Then, after the salesperson went away and came back with the actual price sheet, somehow that $2,000 dealer add-on suddenly turned into approximately $8,000. I immediately questioned how the dealer add-on could increase by roughly $6,000 simply by bringing back the price sheet. At that point, I asked Edwin Espinoza to let me speak with a manager or somebody in charge because I wanted an explanation and an opportunity to resolve the situation. Edwin Espinoza told me there was no manager there that I could speak with that day. Based on what happened next, I felt that statement was completely untruthful because I eventually got up, went looking for management myself, and found the manager on my own. I should not have to walk around a dealership searching for management after specifically asking an employee to speak with someone in charge. That alone showed me the level of customer service I was dealing with. Unfortunately, dealing with JULIAN TRUJILLO, THE DEALER PRINCIPAL/MANAGER, made the situation even worse. Julian absolutely did not seem to care about resolving the issue. I explained everything--the online advertised price, the dealer add-on originally being approximately $2,000 and then suddenly becoming approximately $8,000, and the fact that Edwin had told me there was no manager available for me to speak with that day, yet I was able to find management myself. Instead of taking the situation seriously, looking into what happened, explaining the numbers, or making any meaningful attempt to resolve it, I found Julian to be extremely dismissive, stuck-up, disrespectful, and completely uninterested in helping. His attitude toward me was essentially that if I wasn't going to accept their deal, then I could leave. There was no effort to sit down and properly go through the numbers with me, explain why thousands of dollars had suddenly been added, or find a reasonable resolution. That is an unbelievable way to treat a customer who walked through the door ready to purchase a Tahoe and spend tens of thousands of dollars. What bothers me most is that I didn't randomly walk into this dealership asking for some unrealistic discount. I came because of THEIR advertised online price. Then I was initially presented with approximately $2,000 in dealer add-ons, only for that amount to suddenly become approximately $8,000 when the price sheet came back. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from Stonebriar Chevrolet take screenshots of the online advertised price before going in and carefully review EVERY SINGLE NUMBER and dealer add-on before signing anything. This was easily one of the worst and most unprofessional dealership experiences I've ever had. Between the pricing situation, Edwin Espinoza telling me there was no manager I could speak with, and the complete lack of concern or effort from Julian Trujillo once I found management myself, I had completely lost confidence in doing business with this dealership. I came in ready to buy a Tahoe. I walked out because of how the sales department and management handled the entire situation.

Poor Management Experience!!!…read more Let me be clear up front: Monica and Tom in the service department are not the problem. They have been professional, responsive, and genuinely trying to help me the entire time. I initially thought I was getting the runaround from them, but I am now 100% confident this management team is failing to support its own service advisors and making two good employees look bad. Here is what nearly two years of that failure looks like. I bought my CT5 on March 7, 2024. In November 2024 I started getting a red OnStar light and a "Service Emergency Calling" warning. On December 3, 2024, it happened again while I was traveling to a national golf tournament. OnStar had me pull over and told me it was a hardware failure, code B178C, meaning the OnStar module needed replacement. I brought the car to Crest Cadillac on December 4, 2024. Monica said the part was ordered. Then nothing. No callbacks. When I returned from traveling later that December, I was told the hardware was ordered and would arrive in 3 business days. I kept calling and stopping by. The work never got done. The part was not officially ordered until April 21, 2025, nearly five months after my first visit. When I finally brought the car in and took a loaner, I was told that part was malfunctioning and they had to order another one. It is now August 4, 2026. Twenty months after my first visit, I have: no hardware, a new check engine light, and a promise that someone will call me back once GM decides whether they will cover the repair, since the car is now out of warranty on mileage. A warranty that was still active when I first reported the problem. Today I had to ask Tom to just order the part without approval so I can finally clear the check engine light and drive with working safety systems. There is no excuse for stretching a safety-related repair across nearly two years and leaving a customer without emergency calling functionality the entire time. RIDICULOUS.

During my visit, I asked to see a vehicle, and she told me that she did not have time to show me a car if I was not purchasing it because she was busy and had more than 20 customers a day. I understand that salespeople can be busy, but I was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated and made to feel as though my time and interest did not matter. After my visit, I contacted a sales manager and explained what happened. I also informed him that I had recorded the interaction and posted the video on TikTok of my experience. The following day, Tawnny contacted me directly. She got my information from the system or Paperwork that she told me she had shredded when I asked for it. She stated in the text that she was young, makes mistakes, and is not perfect. She then respectfully asked me to remove the video and told me that she wanted to "prevent this from escalating any further." I found that statement concerning and felt uncomfortable receiving that message after I had simply shared my personal experience. What was even more disappointing was later seeing a customer post a video making statements about me that were not true, which I believe was encouraged by Tawnny. I also became aware of social media posts where customer appointment information appeared to be shared publicly without their permission. I have documented and shared my experience, including my Google review and the original video, to provide context and support the facts surrounding what happened. I am deeply hurt and disappointed that what should have been a simple experience of looking at a vehicle turned into an experience where I felt disrespected, dismissed, and uncomfortable. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of whether they decide to purchase a vehicle that day.
