Sergio came our, quoted the job and told us about his business and after comparing the quotes we realized that Sergios was very competitive. So we hired him and his team. They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.

I was working inside and saw that a worker was waiting. He arrived approximately 7:30. Alfonzo did not arrive until much later, probably two and a half hours late. He told me he had some truck problem. That was not a problem. The problem was he did not call or text to let me know. He told me there would be plenty of time to build the form before the concrete arrived at 11:00. The concrete was delayed until 1:00. Then the concrete was delayed until the next day. I understand there is a construction supply supply problem, and the delayed concrete was not a problem. My waking up at 6:00 for a 7:00 arrival that did not happen was the problem. I also question if the form had been ready at 8:30 because they started workin on time, if I would have had my concrete on the specified day. Ultimately I am satisfied, but Alfonzo could have communicated with me better regarding the arrival.
