What really impressed me about Donna is that she really listens to what you want/need from a family vacation.

Update #2 about the phone convo: I called Cindy and she flipped the narrative and hung up on me. I…read moredid not cancel my trip, she responded to the wrong customer. I will not cancel CINDY because i have read the policy. You all can't do so much as schedule a meeting with accuracy, nor can you give customers the straight story without a snark in email with the date correction. Thanks for hanging up on me, you saved me some time drinking from a dry well. Update #1 about the comms: CASE IN POINT ABOUT SHADY COMMS... CINDY'S RESPONSE - I DID NOT CANCEL THE TRIP, NOR DO I INTEND TO. IT'S PAID UP, LOTS OF CONFUSION CONTINUES TO COME FROM THIS BUSINESS. Original Review: Every communication is defensive and snarky. I paid a lot of money to have an easy time traveling where everything is just done and I show up.... Gotta keep very close tabs on this company - mishandling of charges, miscommunications of travel meetings, snarky responses when you ask for clarification. We haven't even taken the trip yet and it's exhausting working through all of this with them. If I wanted another thing to manage with high-touch, I would have planned a trip on my own.
