Italy has a lot to offer, but the trip was so well balanced. I never felt rushed or that our days were jam packed while still feeling like we conquered a lot. The hotels she suggested were in the best locations which made getting around easy. My favorite day was my birthday. She booked us a private driver who drove us around Tuscany. We tasted amazing wine, saw the most beautiful sunset and had some of the best food ever! We also learned some interesting history from our driver who grew up in Florence. It was a great use of our time. We never would have seen everything we did if we were on our own. Brenda was always quick to respond while planning. She loves what she does and you can tell she wants to plan the most unforgettable trips for her clients. She even kept us updated on things happening during our trip. The public transportation was on strike while we were traveling to Venice. She made sure we had all the information we needed to get to our destination. Her tips and suggestions were spot on and we had no issue getting from the train to our hotel in Venice. I will recommend Brenda to my friends and family for their next travel adventure!! Brides and Travelers beware of Mallory Jones of YDIV Travel…read moreThe bride and groom used Mallory Jones as their wedding planner for their dream wedding to the Amalfi coast. Strike 1: A few weeks out from the event the bride reached out to us to ask for our confirmation number for the booking of the rooms. We had never received any confirmation number. The bride was told we had not paid. We then had to produce proof that we had paid the $2800 to Ms. Jones. This was extremely concerning that she had no record of our payment which was made months earlier. Strike two: Upon arriving in Naples we were supposed to have transportation to and from the hotel to the coast, which was 1.5 hours away from the airport. Ms. Jones mistakenly cancelled our return ride. When I asked her to undo the mistake, she would not help or give me a refund for the cancelled ride. Mallory said it was a package deal and I was just out the cost, which was going to be $140 euro. Strike three: After four nights into our five night stay, the hotel let me know that we were scheduled to check out the next day. We had paid for five night. We were now without a hotel. Mallory had decided to go on vacation the week of the wedding and was difficult to contact. The hotel said we could transfer to their sister hotel if we paid an additional 350 euro. After a stressful night with little sleep, we were inconveniently relocated to the sister hotel which was not as nice and the additional money issue was corrected. After the mishaps and paying additional monies, I would never recommend Ms. Jones or her company to any traveler because of poor communication, unprofessionalism, and the coordinator being on vacation during the event. If I could I would give Mallory Jones 0 stars.

I was super impressed with this park! There's a gate to the entrance, which is open as of right now…read more8-8pm(sunset). After the gate is closed if you need to be let out, you have to call the police. But there's so much to do here! Not just the swimming area! There's a hiking trail, playground and walking trails. Beautiful views and plenty of space to social distance yourself. The trails are available for no fee as far as I could tell, but the swimming area near WhoaZone is $5. They do not take cash, only debit/credit card. The swimming area has a playground and picnic areas. I think there's a spot to cast your kayaks off over there too, but I stayed near the beach and didn't explore anything else. I saw vehicles with kayaks going over on the other side. If you have water shoes, I'd say bring them and a beach umbrella as there's no shade. The sand isn't too uncomfortable to lie in, there's just cigarette butts here and there. But I definitely recommend visiting for the day or even camping if you're into it!

Someone recommended this to me as a "sandy beach". It is a beach, and there is some sand, but the…read moreshore is probably a 50/50 mix of packed dirt and sharp pebbles. OUCH! The rock bottom extends out a couple of yards into the water, where it turns to clay. For swimmers, the rockiness is less of an issue - get past the rocks and swim/float your heart out, but the rocks along the shore make it significantly less enjoyable for babies. Running along the shore and splashing in the shallow water is painful without water shoes. For a true SANDY BEACH, check out Twin Points Park at Eagle Mountain Lake or Little Elm on Lake Lewisville instead. Twin Points is nicer, if you're deciding between the two. Pros: it's a pretty spot, with nice views. Plenty of parking - $5 per car. CREDIT/DEBIT ONLY. There is a dock for jumping off (which we didn't notice until we were leaving, sadly!). Not very crowded on a Saturday in August. Pretty clean, other than the bathrooms. Alcohol permitted (or if not permitted, certainly not regulated). Days swimming at the lake are SO MUCH FUN! Aside from the rocky shore, the only big negative was how gross the bathrooms were. We were there pretty early, so clearly they aren't cleaned daily. Also, the whoa zone is SO EXPENSIVE!!!! It looks fun but I cannot wrap my head around the fact that people pay that much to be there. It's $22 a person for ONE HOUR! Mon-Thurs they also offer a $50 all day pass. For our family of 7, I consider that cost prohibitive. Overall, it was a fun day at the lake, but Meadowmere Park is just not the best DFW has to offer.

Enter Marc at Southwest RV who turned around a recently returned RV in record time to save our weekend. The RV was extremely clean and surpassed all of our needs leading to an epic weekend with good friends. The service I received, both renting and returning, was exemplary. I am already looking for my next boondoggle so I can rent again from Southwest RV. In my experience, it would be hard to find a place, and certainly individuals, who work harder to earn your business.

I've rented motorcycles on a few continents now and supporting small local business is important to me. Renting a motorcycle from Kim and her awesome hangar on an airport couldn't have been more straight forward or painless... I called in the morning and had a beautiful Harley Davidson that afternoon, not to mention the necessary safety equipment included. Talking with Kim on the phone is like talking to someone you've known for years, very personable and down to earth. More like a friend, bizarre I know but she invited me on a ride with other customers and worked with me when I asked to extend. The only reason I could think of not renting with this establishment is if you are looking for the latest and greatest model of a particular bike. The selection here I would describe as a well maintained mix of semi-modern and classics cruisers. I also get the feeling the selection changes often so don't just go by the website, call and see what's available this week. In my opinion, Kim's establishment fits three types of customers perfectly 1) You're visiting DFW and just want to cruise on a good looking reliable bike 2) You're a sport bike rider who wants to try on some cruisers 3) You're a new rider figuring out the type or size of bike for you As for me, I fit in types 1 and 2. In all cases definitely save some cash and come here first... Customer service is top notch! Thank you Kim!

Actually that was the one thing I really didn't care for was that she talked ALL THE TIME. We along with others were tired and wanted to take a little rest while we were driving, but we couldn't because she kept talking. (And her jokes were a little lame especially toward the end). I'd like to say to Alice just let people ride occasionally and don't think you have to be funny all the time. Also, please don't mock Baptists. Otherwise the trip was very nice. Vincent drove us expertly through downtown traffic and the coach was luxurious.
