They have an amazing selection of pieces to paint--whether you want something classic, seasonal, or totally unique, they have something for everyone. But what really sets them apart is how helpful and encouraging they are. If you're feeling indecisive or need inspiration, they always have great suggestions and creative ideas to get you started. This past Christmas, we took our 2 1/2-year-old, and the owner went above and beyond to help us create the most precious keepsake. She helped us smoosh our child's little hands onto a plate (which, if you've ever tried, you know can be a challenge!). Then, for just a small extra fee, their in-house artist hand-painted a reindeer with "antler hands" and "Merry Christmas" wording so perfectly--it looked like it was laser-etched or Cricut-cut, but she freehanded it and layered it three or four times to absolute perfection. It turned out SO cute. I cannot emphasize that enough! The selection of pieces they have for painting is actually useful--which I love. It's not just vases or teacups (though they do have those if you want them). They have things you'd actually use in your daily life, like yarn bowls (perfect if you crochet, knit, or do fiber arts), coaster sets, and all sorts of seasonal decor for Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and more. It makes the experience even better knowing that you're painting something fun that you'll also get to use or display in your home. Beyond pottery, they also offer other types of art, like mosaic glass projects. I didn't try that yet, but the examples they had on display looked really fun. I'd love to go back and give it a shot! The location is also fantastic. It's in a great part of town, where you can easily make a whole day of it. After painting, you can grab something to eat at one of the nearby restaurants, then take a stroll around the little duck pond just down the way. If you're like my husband and me and love all-day dates, this spot is a perfect starting point for a fun, relaxing day together. Whether you're looking for a solo creative escape, a fun date night, a get-together with friends, or even a special event like a bridal shower, this is the place to go! They even have a private party room that's slightly tucked away but still lets in gorgeous natural light--perfect for a small gathering. And to top it all off? Super easy parking! No stress, just a relaxing and fun experience from start to finish. Side note: This is NOT a paid review. I know it's long and maybe has that "sponsored" vibe, but I genuinely just love this place. I've been to a few different pottery painting studios before, and this one stands out because of the low-stress, welcoming atmosphere. No one is hovering over you, but they're always there if you need help. And when you finish your piece, they hype you up--but in a way that feels real and not forced. It's little things like that that make the experience so enjoyable. If you're considering going--do it! You'll have the best time.

I have never written a review before, but I just absolutely had to for this store,…read more I am a complete new beginner to knitting, only wanting to pick it up in the last week or so because of ADHD brain. I watched so many videos read so many articles and asked so many people in discord servers and nothing seemed to work for me, out of desperation I looked up knitting stores near me and this was the closest one. I went there with the sole intention of just asking how she does her knit stitches and purls and after helping out the customer she was with, sat down with me, showed me in detail and slowly walked me through it for free, AND on top of doing all that out of the kindness of her own heart she gave me a bunch of sewing needles, circular needles, yarn, and crochet hooks that were donated to her store. I will never forget the kindness I was shown here and I will be back for all my yarn, knitting, and crochet needs. This store has a nice selection of high end and low end yarns to match the budget you are looking for, they have hand dyed acrylic yarn, animal and plant yarn, all of varying lengths and the colors are amazing!

They were having an amazing sale so I splurged and got a TON of stuff! (see below) I was driving through Fort Worth during spring break so I asked about local pickup to save on shipping and Amy was super nice about it, saying that local pickup is actually an option they regularly offer. She even helped me get an item that I wanted that was listed as out of stock on the website! When I arrived at the location for pickup, Michael was just as nice as Amy had been. My haul.... *a "starter kit" (I am so not a starter, but couldn't resist) containing about 9 pens with single tip on one end and a variety of different sized tips on the other, a palette of wax, 5 small green trays, 1 small white tray with spout, baggies, a blue tray and penholder, stickers, a grouping of small plastic bins, all neatly held in a large plastic storage back (think pencil holder). *6 large white trays with removeable dam *and a hard plastic tube to protect my WIPs when I take them places with me. (this color was out of stock online but Amy knew they had one left and held it for me- she was able to give me a direct invoice for my entire purchase so I could get the teal one)

You can use a thin "pen" to pick up diamond pieces one at a time or you can use a thicker pen to quickly drop lots of pieces. I prefer the thick pens. The art isn't limited to just making a picture look great. There are notebooks, greeting cards, jewelry, bookmarks and so much more. This store is going to have classes as they expand. The rolling tube that holds the artwork is one of a kind. The warehouse was sold out of them during my visit.
