They were so kind and calming during my visit. Dr. Leong made sure I was comfortable and pain free during the procedure and even called me the next day to check in. I was so impressed with their family like atmosphere and friendliness of the staff, I made the switch to them as my permanent dentist office. I'd highly recommend them. Dr. Reyes has the rudest attitude that I have ever experienced with any dentist, and I have seen way too many dentist in my lifetime due to constant issues with my periodontal disease. She doesn't listen to my concerns and just talks over me whenever she doesn't want to hear my concerns. Dr. Leong, is also rude like another reviewer had commented about him. He and his daughter (Victoria) would constantly try to nickel and dime me even after spending tens of thousands with them. My temps had fallen off soon after leaving the office and they said it was my fault for eating hard food. It fell off while I was talking, not eating! My teeth were not cleaned thoroughly (told to me by my endodontist after doing Xrays with him) right after Dr. Reyes had cleaned my teeth here. These 2 dentists are just awful and after seeing them for several years (due to convenience and close proximity to my home), I've had enough and decided to find a new dentist Theres just so many things wrong with these guys, so avoid at all cost! Sunday, September 15th, 2024--a day of reflection after a week that could have easily turned into a nightmare, if not for the incredible team at Lone Tree Dentistry. It all began on Thursday night when I was rushed to the ER in unbearable pain from a severely infected cavity. The ER doctors did what they could--pain meds and antibiotics--but I was told I wouldn't be able to see a surgeon for an entire month. The thought of enduring the pain for that long was unimaginable, so I started researching emergency dental care and came across Lone Tree Dentistry. I called during regular business hours, hoping for a miracle, but didn't expect what happened next. Despite the office being closed, I got a call back. Victoria, Dr. Reyes, and Dr. Leong--all on their days off--reached out to me personally, taking the time to listen and understand my situation. They had every reason to ask me to wait, but instead, they bent over backward to accommodate me. Their level of care and compassion was nothing short of extraordinary. They gave me several options, but I was adamant about having the tooth removed as soon as possible, and they made it happen. My surgery was scheduled for the next day, giving the antibiotics time to work. What truly blew me away was that Dr. Reyes, despite being off, personally called to check in on me and ensured I could be fitted in for a last-minute surgery. Her dedication and empathy were unlike anything I've experienced in healthcare. The next morning, Dr. Reyes performed the surgery, and she was absolutely exceptional. Last week I was in for my semiannual cleaning and check up. As I now live in San Francisco the front office always gives my preferred time of midweek and mid morning to make sure I can get in and back out in time to beat traffic. So it has been for the last 40 plus years. Dr. Leong is the only dentist I have ever had. During my time in the Army I still came home to see him as I saw any dental care other than his as subpar. When I was without dental care for several years he always had creative options for me to address the costs. As a boy he extended deferred payments to my single mom. He also happens to be a superlative DDS. When I needed veneers that would have put me over my plan allowance HE MADE THEM HIMSELF ( still chomping on them many years later ). I appreciate that he encourages adjustments to my tooth care routine without making me feel as if I'm being berated. The hygienist team is pleasant and the front office is great about scheduling and reminding me about appointments ( sorry I never answer). There is however one concern. The Doc is getting up there in years and I have been thinking about what I will do when he retires. Fortunately Dr. Reyes joined the team a few years back and based upon the excellent experiences I have had with her I will be making the trek out to the East Bay twice per year for years to come. read more

Long over due review. I highly recommend Dr. Leong and Dr. Reyes. Dr. Leong always calls as a follow-up after every appointment for us and our kids. Both Dentists have experience with kids. I have never been treated so badly by a dentist in my life. Dr Leong and his assistant were explaining to me why they would charge me more than what the insurance allowed, which is 80% for basic. When I questioned them on this, Dr Leong kept interrupting me and would not allow me to speak. He was complaining about the corporate structure of dentistry and was very upset about how it was hurting him. Why? I was trying to set an appointment with my wife who was in pain and I was surprised how much he was concerned about himself instead of my wife's issue. Dr Leong is very egotistical and is not an empathetic person. He wants money first and for his patients to fall in line with what he wants regardless if it is honest or follows the accepted insurance plan's agreement with him. read more

I had pain in my gums and when I called Lone Tree Dentistry hoping for a chance for a walk-in visit, Dr. Leong personal called me and said that I can drop by their clinic the same day. It turns out that I needed my wisdom tooth taken out the same day. The staff was very helpful and Dr. Leong was very meticulous. I was able to take out my wisdom tooth in an orderly fashion and even gave me a follow up call the next day. That is the quality service you would expect from Lone Tree Dentistry. I have been going to Dr Leong for Decades. I have never felt slighted or rushed into anything. Dr Leong is ever patient, putting my care, questions, and comfort at the forefront. I have had dental issues resulting from injuries prior to seeing Dr Leong. We are now in the process of removing teeth and prepping for dentures supported by implants. I always feel like I am in the drivers seat , procedures explained in detail prior to and during ongoing work. Dr Leong and Dr Reyes are super stars in their field. And it's refreshing seeing his entire staff working seamlessly with one another. IAnd while the staff is pleasant I don't see any private chit chat , private phone calls etc that is becoming pervasive in many medical offices.They are all busy , if not with a patient , prepping trays, offering help anywhere there might be need of an extra hand. I have multiple orthopedic issues , chair position, extra pillow to support my neck and patience with me when I need to reposition myself is a huge help for me. Billing options explained in detail and possible treatments are explained to my satisfaction . This dental practice is wonderful! I feel so cared for when I'm in the chair. I live in Martinez and switched to a local dentist, he recommend 6,000 of work. I have been seeing Dr Leone for years. I am not much of a planner so I appreciate I can get same day appointments. He is super awesome building trust with scared patients. For me, I like quick visits. If you need a crown or partial they are made in office in an hour!! They are tooth color and the same ones from labs, but made on the 3D printer. They are soooo much cheaper and faster the. Sending out to the lab! They have the absolute best prices if paying without insurance. Dr Leong has long since paid his student loans. Took my mom to Dr. Leong who replaced her crown. First of it, they were so understanding and scheduled us in the next day. That made such a huge difference because the crown was causing pain. Dr. Leong was such a nice and kind dentist. He evaluated her and didn't try to "sell" her more dental work. I've had bad experiences where the dentist have tried to convince me that I needed more work than I really needed and literally filled a few of my tooth (amongst other things) without the need too, so I'm skeptical of facilities that do this. This wasn't the case here. On top of that, no BS and just straight into the chair and out the door. My mom needed a root canal and the staff called to the referring specialist and got us an appointment within 15 mins. We were every thankful for that as we commuted 30 mins. We came on a referral. After the impressions we done, we came back and had the crown set. The tooth was really nice and looked amazingly natural in color and shape. I think we waited for 5 minutes each time before being called in. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Other than the tooth being fixed, I really love the level of customer service. I was happily surprised when Dr. Leong called my mom after both visits to see how she's doing and if she was feeling comfortable. Saw Dr. Leong again over the weekend for a check-up. First patient on a Saturday. Yay! From my last visit here, I have to admit I was kinda nervous. First of all, Doc found two cavities on two different lower wisdom teeth. As a result they had to numb my whole jaw. Needless to say, I left drooling on myself and biting my tongue. Sexy kinda...yeah. Not really. This time around, I got x-rays. The deep cleaning done by the assistant was super thorough. She even got this one stained tooth that I've been trying to get rid of for awhile. Doc then told me, "So how many cavities do you want today?" My reply: "Uhhhh....none?!?" Doc: "And that's how many you'll get. You're free to go!" Yay!!! In and outta there in less than an hour, though my teeth hurt more than usual from the cleaning. Oh wells. Long story short, i needed a root canal done/crown and i have a very very busy schedule, Dr. Leong arranged for my root canal to be done at a great colleagues office and overtime he stayed to wait for me to finish and did my crown too. I can't tell you how terrified I am of the dentist. I used to see Dr. Leong when I was a child (38 now). Most recently I had to reach out to Dr.Leong because of an infection. It was painful! I have been going to Dr. Leong since I have had teeth! My parents have been going to him for over 25 years now. He is an amazing dentist I have recently had to change my dental insurance but I ALWAYS make sure he is in the network before picking my plan, that's how much I love him! He and his staff are so professional they make you feel like family. He ALWAYS follows up with you a day or so after a procedure just to make sure everything is good. He even followed up with me after I had gotten my wisdom teeth pulled and I had gotten them pulled in completely separate place (My moms old job at the time). Dr. Lawrence Leong is an amazing dentist he truly genuinely cares for his patients i just got my wisdom teeth extraction from this office and all i gotta say is wow the time spent in their was faster then I expected I originally went in for just 1 extraction but decided since it went so well taking out one i felt very comfortable to take out the other low ones and those are the worst ones u can pull out and eventually i will go back to get the others 2 on top done both of my bottoms were highly impacted but they took them out now problem I've never be fond of the dentist because of needles but dr leong made this painless and after the surgery i was having a little discomfort but i called de leong office and he still seen me to numb the area because the pain was unbearable after the numbing meds wore off so after i seen him i was able to sleep and haven't had as much pain since then he even called me a few times to check up on me i really honestly appreciate that and for that sir u won yourself a loyal customer for life thank you dr leong for the best experience I've had at any dentist also the front desk i very nice very clean would highly recommend very affordable if you have zero insurance which alot of people don't have dental insurance in the usa thank u once again !!!! read more
