We had a cousin that got married here a few weeks ago. The wedding reception was great in the sense that two completely different cultures were uniting and making their guests join in as ONE BIG GROUP having fun. Take away all the special personal details and touches the bride and groom put in place for this joyous event, you have a banquet hall that just MEETS EXPECTATIONS. I feel the dinner set up was really disorganized. There were way too many dishes on the table with little room to even move your fork. It seemed really cluttered. The appetizers were good that were being served by waiters walking around with trays. However, the family style dinner was not impressive at all. The mostacolli tasted bland. The chicken was ok, but not anything to write home about. The vegetables and potatoes were just mediocre. It took awhile for the staff to clean off our tables. It got so bad, I started walking my dishes myself to the nearest *dish cart*. When you would try to get someone's attention, they would act like they don't see you and keep walking. The coffee was horrible..after one sip, I just left it there. We noticed later in the night one of the staff members was walking around picking up the extra creamers and butters - putting them in plastic bag. You would think they would clean up the tables and give us some elbow room. Again, the bride and groom made the party great. The banquet hall was just a place to hold the party. I do not hink I would like to host any type of event here in the near future unless major changes have taken place. read more

I always hate coming here I wish people would stop hosting baby showers and such. I'm Polish but this is one Polish restaurant I do not like!! I was here for a wedding and the food was OKAY surprisingly! so that's why I gave two stars. Recently I was there for a baby shower, I came late hence I did not want dinner. The waitress was rude and brought me soup, I told her about 5 times I came from a different baby shower I already ate. O well she brought out the soup when I told her I donut want the second meal she got pissed off, I told her to put it in a to-go box so I could dump it when I left. Whats worse is that they had bridal shower and baby shower in one room, you could not hear a THING. URG I wish Lone tree would shape up and make some decent food, I already told my mom I do NOT want my bridal shower or baby shower or ANYTHING held here!!! read more

I celebrated two family holidays here and I like Polish food here: fried chicken, just a wonderful, mashed potatoes, beef, dumplings and salads - all homemade and very tasty. Everyone liked the dessert and the waitress friendly. Very good service. If someone loves this homemade food at a reasonable price, I highly recommend! read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Aside from the tacky decor and awful service, the banquet hall management double-booked the room I reserved for my party. They, then, asked if I could move my event (which had already been all set up and my guests had already arrived) to their restaurant side because the other party was unhappy. Furthermore, we were told we could arrive two hours before the event to set up, and when we did, they still had an event going on and refused to let us store our things at their banquet. My grandparents and dad's family go here to eat Polish food. I can't eat a lot of the greasy stuff, but I love the lean beef roast. Boy...I am still having dreams about the soft tender meat. The salads were good too! read more

Had my dad's post funeral lunch there years ago as well as my mom's in March of this year. Food was consistent and good and enough of everything for everyone. Typical Polish stuff. Service was attentive abd friendly. Will go try the regular restaurant if the ocassion arises....... read more

I absolutely love this place! Great food strong drinks plying sized dance floor and nice banquet halls. I was there on several occasions and I was really happy with the service we got. I went there for few weddings, NYE party and I was happy with the over all experience this NYE they had an amazing band de facto playing and everyone was happy with the music something for older and younger generations! Went for a graduation celebration. Staff were friendly and attentive. Family style dinner was plentiful and delicious.

New owner Thomas and his lovely daughters took very good care of myself and my family. They are usually closed on Monday but made an exception in our time of need. Food was freshly served in a timely manner course by course. Really enjoyed the chicken in french style, lightly breaded with fresh mushrooms. A complete disgusting hole in the wall! Went for a post funeral luncheon and the food, the service and the lack of housekeeping was mind blowing. The food was sub par at best and they made changes to what we pre ordered for lunch without contacting us. There was a layer of dust, spider webs, LIVE bugs crawling on the window ledges where we sat. Flying insects - most likely from the window areas the entire so called meal. They management was rude and the wait staff was as well.Coffee grounds in the coffee and they strained the coffee at an empty table behind us while we watched. 4 of the 8 people we came with was sick that evening. I would not send my worst enemy here - period. The bathrooms were horrible- filth everywhere. Looks like they have not been cleaned in months. read more

I recently had a wedding reception at Lone Tree Manor (08.08.15) and I was very pleased with how beautiful the banquet looked. The modern décor, chiavari chairs with cushions and up lighting made the place fabulous. Halina and Patrycja were very professional and accommodating (they worked very well around our schedules and always promptly answered all my phone calls. It was a true pleasure to work with those two ladies! The food was delicious. Everything from the appetizers to the enormous Swedish and dessert tables were very tasty. None of our guests left the wedding hungry, nor thirsty-and we got many compliments on how good the food was- especially the mushroom soup, the phenomenal roast beef, and the best in town- meat table! There were no surprises- everything went well and according to the plan ;) we received what we ordered, and we paid for what we wanted. The service was exceptional and our wedding guests are still raving about how beautiful it was and how they loved our wedding :) PS. Did I mention the lovely, gigantic dance floor? =] read more

i had a reservation 3 weeks in advance and they cancelled on me 30min before!!! I went there in person 2 days before my party to re-confirm everything and i was assured they were going to have everything ready for my 20-persons Christmas party. Went there for a funeral luncheon with 90 people. The food and service was great, the staff continuously asked if we needed any more food or drinks. The price was very reasonable and food was plenty. One word...HORRIBLE!! Horrible food, horrible service, AND WAAAYYY to expensive!! One of my guests ate the food they made and got a horrible stomach ache and had to leave early!! And the party next door played really loud music and it really made the party terrible!! The babies were crying cause the music next door was wayyy too loud!! We asked the workers if they could ask the other party to lower the music but they said no! And there were thumbtacks all over the floor!! The food is no worse than the White Eagle, but they have a lot to learn about giving good customer service. I do not recommend them for anything. Upon entering, we were pointed to the hall. Period. No one checked to see if we had enough places which we did not. We were told to find empty seats because they do not do piece meal. High chairs took up 6 of our places. Finally, we got more place settings for the high chairs and the extra people. It was a funeral luncheon. It's hard to give the exact number. And now they're starting to serve but we're told they have water and coffee on the table and that is why drink orders were not taken. I told them to open the bar and run a tab. No bartender. One of the 3 servers tended bar. Refills on family style were very slow. First dishes out were hot, subsequent ones were Luke warm. Mushroom barley soup was watered down, bread was stale, pitcher of water was bitter from the citrus slices. They ran up the bill without verifying the final count and they were wrong. Had to wait another very long time for the new bill. Avoid this place at all costs. Very unorganized and very rude. The food is the same as the White Eagle and I'm not a fan, but they know how to handle a crowd properly. This place does not. read more

December 31,2017 I have attended the New Years Eve party at Lone Tree Manor. It was a horrible experience. The venue was overcrowded. To make more money the owners crowded the people. There was no room to dance. The dinner was late, food was cold and nothing special. Cold soup. Meat- a pate made of not sure what, the duck- cold and greasy. Too many things on the tables. To many glassware. There was no room to put the dinner plates when brought by the waiters. Sweet table- placed in the wrong spot- to get to it needed to go between the dancing people, sweets/cookies looked like store bought in boxes, hard, plain , nothing special. The table with meats and salads- placed in the wrong spot, again needed to go through the dance floor, with red borsch- it was dangerous, I noticed people spilling it on the floor. Music- the band was loud but not clear, it was hard to understand the lyrics. The guest from Poland- Andre- didn't even sing. One song- I didn't even notice when. Really, for the money charged - this was not what was expected. Last year 12-31-2016 was fantastic but 2017 awful experience. read more

when I first found this Banquet on google search I was very hesitant to go when I read the it have 2 star review , but when I went there I was really surprised with the great service , prices, everything was great , I had searched for a list of Banquet to go after that, but when I left them, everything was arranged no need to search for another one, they were beyond my expectation , even I told them about the 2 star review they had and they told me that they had new management for the last year, I booked the banquet for a funeral reception ceremony, and you know how you feel on these hard dies after the mass, the cemetery but those people made our day really easy with their great service, and they respond to all your request, again I say if there were more than 5 stars, I would give it to them, they really deserve it. read more

I just had my wedding there a couple days ago! Let me tell you,the service was HORRIBLE!!! We had a bartender that was also a waitress & the coordinator of my party??? Things that I had requested were not done. I requested pitchers of pop for each table as soon as the party started. That was not done in till I got to the party (an hour after the party started)! I the bride had to wait for 15 minutes for the bartender to get to the bar so I can order a drink. Don't let them fool you on having an bar open for a certain amount of $ & then later you are able to add more $ to keep it open, because they totally will scam you. Find out how much it is $$ for 1 hour or 2hours open bar instead. Also, I requested high chairs for certain tables & provided a list for them & the high chairs were not placed on the tables. I must say that the food was great & for the price. I can't complain about that. I guess you get what you pay for. I truly wish that this place would get a little more organized & have 1 person to contact in regards to parties. I would refer people here if they got more organized & understood English! read more

Went here many years ago for an anniversary party and were in a banquet room. Since then, the restaurant has moved and been renovated. But that's as far as anything positive I can say about the place. Hair on a plate; fuzz on the fruit; bagged salad floating in water; ranch dressing down to one scoop left. Foods were all mislabeled at the buffet. Most foods were bland at best; all meats were greasy, fatty, and not seasoned. Cream of mushroom soup had macaroni in it. Plates were mismatched and dirty. And the desserts...nothing tasty to be found. Hard to distinguish what some of them were. Obviously had been sitting out for some time. That's the thing...the food was never changed out. New, warmer portions were merely placed on top of old food at the buffet. In general the place had a filth about it. A group of 15 of us were crammed against the windows which were leaking from the rain/snow that had been falling. All in all, a bad experience, and would never go back there. read more

Terribly disappointed! We had our baby shower here and thought we would return for Easter Brunch. The service is not existent. We waited for a half hour before someone, who was obviously annoyed at the fact they had to take our order, took our drink order. Another person returned much later with only one drink. After eating we waited 45 minutes for a check!!! The service is extremely rude! They manually added the sloppy handwritten check and couldn't come up with an accurate total. They expected an automatic gratuity however there was no service! Upon leaving one of their male, bald helpers was pushing a cart and expected everyone to move out of his way. Had I not grabbed his cart he would've aggressively ran into my four year old son! This place is a complete disgrace. I will never return. My brother in law who lives nearby mentioned that every time he has eaten here the service was very bad. If you don't want to get aggravated don't go here. Look at the other negative reviews, they are true. Giving this place one star is a gift. read more
