The bubble is set on a 20' wall, and the first part of the bubble is painted green to match the tarps, this way the ball won't get lost in the air when waiting to receive a serve. The HVAC system was designed to heat and cool the entire space evenly, so no one gets stuck on the dreaded "hot" or "cold" court. The six courts are painted blue/green with a full space between the side nets and the back drop. You'll never have to worry about losing a sharp angle into the netting here, and with their over-sized ceiling, have fun lobbing to your hearts content. I challenge you to hit the top! There is a lounge space overlooking all courts with a tv, fire place, and snack bar. The lobby is spacious and bright and equipped with multiple ping pong tables. This is the perfect facility to host your USTA league, college matches, or even a tournament. This facility does require a membership, but there are many monthly membership options to help you find the perfect one to fit your tennis goals. They offer USTA and league play, lessons to semi-private lessons, drill classes, and programs for juniors. Memberships range from strictly court time reservations or the fitness center use to the whole shebang. They have a beautiful fitness center with trained staff to guide you through a rigorous workout to amp up your strength for your down-the-line put away. The gym features TRX bands, a turf sprint strip, medicine balls, cardio and weight machines, climbing pegs, and more. With Randy's highly trained staff both on the court and in the gym, your tennis game will never look better!

I wish I could give 0 star to this place. Horrible organizer, Randy Ross, who is not familiar with…read moreany UTR rules and regulations. For instance, according to the "UTR SPORTS PROVIDER AND PLAYER GUIDELINES", the provider may not "use the UTR player messaging platform for anything other than promoting events hosted on the UTR platform". Any abuse or misuse will result in termination of subscription without refund". Randy Ross purposely used the UTR platform and included everyone from our CO tennis community in order to target my boy and ruin his tennis reputation just because I posted my honest opinion about his other events in the past. This weak person as Randy Ross enjoys sending nasty messages using UTR platform and including the whole CO tennis community. He decided to target my boy by providing a false statement about my boy instead of talking to me directly face-to-face or sending me an email. For example, here is a portion of his email that he sent to everyone in CO: "It is sad his [my son's] reputation is already being tarnished. It is very hard to change that in the tennis community. ....it's going to be a long unpleasant career ahead". Hey Randy, if you read this message, I just wanted to let you know that it is not your job to talk about my son and send your false statements to a 3rd party using other tennis platforms. If I were you, I would take care of your business better - because it is going to be unpleasant to loose it one day. Randy Ross, please be a better person. If there are things which need to be discussed face-to-face or even via email, discuss them face-to-face or via email instead of using "no-reply" emails like UTR platform. Tip for parents: Be prepared to be banned from this club if you decide to leave the honest&negative review about this club.

I have competed in the Arapahoe Invitational tournament back to back years and while this year did not hold their tournament, looking to play in 2021. For those who don't know what Platform Tennis is: Platform Tennis is an outdoor racquet sport generally played in cool or cold weather, although it has become a year-round sport in some regions. Courts are generally on a raised platform, allowing heaters under the deck to keep the playing surface playable no matter what Mother Nature throws at you. The top 5 popular cities for Platform Tennis are Boston, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Denver. If you get the chance to play platform tennis, I highly recommend it!

This place offers tennis lessons for your kiddos and is in a great location in the Vistas. You can…read morego in for a free 1 hour lesson to see if the kids like it, and you can stay, or leave while they are in the lesson. We did the one hour lesson and the kids loved it and begged me to sign them up for regular lessons. We did sign up for regular lessons, but instead are trying their summer camp for kids. You can do mornings, afternoons, or both and have them pack a lunch. It's run by what seems like kids in their late twenties who are more than up for handling even strong willed kids. I watched them steer kids back into what they were doing, and keep them involved. My kids did nothing but rave about it. I personally would suggest with running a place for kids, having more of a waiting area, and having more than just one unisex bathroom for the whole place. We had a 20 minute wait at the beginning of camp because every single kid had to use it before camp started. Otherwise no complaints. And GREAT location.

COVID-aside, I've had a great experience with the entire staff and the quality of the courts etc. are top notch. I've only taken classes with one instructor, Cannon and he is AMAZING. I'm just getting back into tennis after a ~15 year break from when I played in High School and I've had major issues with my backhand, it was completely broken. After a few private lessons and group drills with Cannon, I'm really starting to make progress. All of the other players I've met at DTP are wonderful as well. It always seems busy, not too crazy, but it's obvious this is a favorite park for lots of families and those that keep an active lifestyle! I got a chance to walk some of the trails, and although it could get pretty hot in the sun (depending on the time of year/day), the shade from the trees are well worth the walk. Lots of runners, walkers, cyclists, and although I didn't see any, there are equestrians too. Watch out for horse poop! :) For the most part everyone seems to follow good trail etiquette and will let you know if they are going to pass. The kids love the playground, and if you like to shoot some hoops or play tennis, this place has everything. Note: parents/guardians need to watch their kids AND make sure they practice good etiquette themselves. If your kid is doing wrong, please discipline accordingly. Just because you kid is on the playground and throwing stuff they aren't supposed to (and you obviously know this is happening), do something about it. This really is an awesome park!
