Everything is "Good" again. I have used 3 sets of Good Feet inserts from 2021 until 2024. These were designed as part of a therapy plan in which I wore the "strengthener", the "maintainer", and the "relaxer" sets for several hours each day. As my feet improved, I developed a preference for the "maintainer". (I rarely used the other inserts.) In March 2024, I experienced some health issues that took me off my feet for several months. I also lost my maintainer inserts during that time. Once I became active again, it was obvious the strengthener and relaxer inserts were useless without the maintainers. I contacted The Good Feet Store in South Lake for a solution. Denise helped me with replacement maintainers and I decided to try a pair of their new socks. I must tell you Denise is a great brand ambassador. She gave me a lot of her time to assure my needs were well served. I am very pleased with how everything has worked out. I should have read the reviews. The store is laid out as though it is a professional office - almost like an actual doctor's office with some product sales, but it's not. This is a retail store. The intent is to sell. I walked in and was immediately engaged - not greeted - by an employee. I was directed to a chair, and before even asking me what brought me into the store, she was wheeling over per product pitch cart. I was fascinated more than anything by the sales gamesmanship. At first, taking impressions of my feet made sense, until they took impressions of their hard prosthetic inserts. That was a joke! As was the game they played getting you off-balance without their inserts versus the supposed balance with the inserts. Those tactics were telling, but not as much as when I asked if they guaranteed their system would solve my plantar fasciitis. My sales person was unable to answer that question and drew in a more senior salesperson. That's when I clearly saw the "no refunds - exchange only" sign. Even the more senior salesperson stumbled over her words. But it was clear, they would not guarantee their system would solve anything, and they would only exchange their product if it failed or needed to be resized. But the most telling part of the experience was standing there in their Brooks shoes and mid-tier maintenance inserts during this exchange. It was only 2 to 3 minutes, and I was already feeling discomfort from the inserts themselves. I couldn't imagine how bad hours with these inserts would feel. I understand this is a franchise, so each location may have different policies and practices. But my entire experience here felt like a complete scam. read more

I really believed in this store when i visited. They seemed very knowledgeable and I was willing to pay $500 for a plastic piece to go in my shoes as I thought it would help my foot. However after weeks of still having foot pain I decided to go see a Podiatrist/Foot Doctor. They sell the product for $50. Save your money and go see a doctor. This is my second review. This is a great place for getting some relief for my body pains. It had been about 2 years since I got my inserts. I went in to get new Brooks, thinking that just my shoes were worn out. I quickly found out that my inserts were also worn out. Under the warranty, my new inserts were put into my new Brooks and I felt an instant change in my legs, before I even stood up! Upon standing, my posture immediately was corrected, my legs and back felt less pain. It took about a week of walking in the newer shoes for the pain to completely be relieved. Been a few years so this is a long time coming. I threw my back out a couple times in the military. The final occurrence was in 2014 as we were moving to Fort Worth prior to retiring from the Air Force. I'm a big dude at 6' 1" and over 250 lbs. I was moving a washing machine up the loading ramp when we fell back and I had to catch the machine before it landed on my leg. I caught it preventing a much worse outcome but something was wrong with my lower back and I couldn't move for a long time. Not paralyzed, just a lot of pain. After an hour of trying to relax, I went into town and saw a chiropractor. They worked a little manic and I was able to walk but I was miserable that. It hurt so bad! Everything I did made it twinge and I was always on the verge of a severe cramp and throwing it out again. I suffered with this for almost two years. Nothing I did relieved the pain and I wanted to avoid any surgery on my back as that is a cycle I didn't wanna start. I was driving home one from work one night in pain and a commercial for the Good Feet Store came on the AM radio. They listed every symptom I was suffering from. I was not sold but I didn't have much to lose so I decided to go try it out that next weekend. I went in that Saturday and they talked to me about all my issues while thoroughly discussing my ailment and its main causes. I worked on the concrete Flightline for 24 years wearing combat boots. It just never occurred to me in my youth it was gonna be a problem. So these brought a giant ink pad and wanted take a print of each foot. It was explained that I needed to stand on the and pad and then stand on the paper as I would normally stand. These ink prints would help to see where my weight was being displaced on each foot. They took my prints, inspected them for a couple of minutes and then the Good Feet lady went into the office and came back with these inserts. She placed them in my shoes and asked me to put them on and walk. I did so, but were kinda uncomfortable. However, all my pain was gone! Gone! The sciatica and muscle tenderness and cramping just went away, instantly! I'm not making this up! I couldn't believe it, either! I wanted to cry! I was absolutely floored! So, I needed two sets and they ran a good $700+, but y'all, the relief I've had since was more than worth it! I've been using these inserts for 8+ years now in every tenny shoe and cowboy boots I've worn and I've not had a single back problem since. Also, one insert split and they replaced it for free because these inserts have a lifetime warranty! I can't tell you how awesome they've worked! I recommended them to my brother, who is also a big dude at 6' 4" and 250 lbs with messed up knees. I'm happy to say he is another satisfied costumer! Before you consider back surgery, I encourage you to give the Good Feet Store a shot first. What do you have to lose? Once you get used to them, they work! They worked instantly in my case. I still can't thank them enough! Try them and if you don't like them, you don't have to buy them. However, I think they're going to change your life! The folks really care about you and are wonderful! I can't recommend them enough! The Grapevine location is where I went. I even got some flip flops that are designed like my inserts! Just amazing! Buyer beware - This is a scam. If only there was an option for a zero star! If you have feet/knee issues, go to a real doctor - podiatrist. This store takes advantage of people with pain and sells them a system that's impossible to follow and extremely expensive. They make you think that items like socks are included but 3 pair were $100. They state you have 30 days for a refund but will only give you store credit. The inserts are $450 each x 4 and that's the real scam. read more

My husband bought the shoe orthotics for $500 and was specifically told if he did not like them he had 30 days to return them for a refund. After finding them uncomfortable he attempted to return them and was told store credit only. When he advised he was told he could return for a refund they continued to refuse even though the warranty states returns are allowed. read more

Yes, I did spend a lot of money here and I did have to buy expensive shoes for it but this has helped my back pain and high arched pain. I am 24 and I shouldn't have these types of problems but I do understand that my balance is not right because of my high arched feet. I went in and told them I was experiencing severe ankle pain on the outside l/ankle. I explained I work the midnight shift and that I consistently walked for 4.5 miles throughout a 7.50 hrs shift. I asked them if the services they provided might alleviate some of my walking pain. I told them a previous MRI indicated my 3 tendons on the l/outside part of the ankle were eroded away from the bone. The sales women took some measurements and told me the l/ankle has strong downward thrust indicating it is hitting the pavement at a possible wrong angle which I already knew about. Instead of asking for my opinion they went into the sales pitch. The programs were divided into 3 price ranges. The cheapest was $1050, 1150, and 1250. The 1250 once included the Brooks walking shoe for their price of $150. From what I've seen and heard that's a slight markup compared to Amazon and others. The problem with orthopedic shoes is that after the 1st week of wearing they may not correctly fit your feet for long term. Previously I had purchased a pair of work shoes from Orthofeet. Part of their advertisement is that they have a 30 day return policy for a full refund if the shoes doesn"t fit. The pair I purchased from Orthofeet h as d to be returned about a week later. On the phone they were very helpful and sent me the return labels. Once UPS processed the return Orthofeet refunded my acct in full. Go to Good Feet store they have a no refund policy. When u walk in you don't know how your walk is going to be affected. They have a traditional schedule to follow but if u are to follow it correctly you'll need to wear them all day and go to bed with them. A foot problem needs to be done for the customers needs. Good Feet is there to just make a sale and commissions. If they were a legitimate foot care store they would have less stress on making/closing the sale immediately and instead give the consumer a 30 day trial with possible refund (I thought they had that but when I mentioned it there was no feedback). My advice is to get a referral to a podiatrist who can assess your feet in accordance to your needs. Then, u can use Orthofeet or another name brand (Brooks has a very good reputation but I didn't see their return policy) and get more comfortable footwear. I've seen the ads for Goid Feet and if they're legit claims advertised I'm happy they got positive results. My wife told me they have a poor reputation in the DFW area but evidently I was tired since I'd just gotten off of work a few hours prior. I GUESS I SHOULD'VE LISTENED TO MY WIFE. My wife suffers with plantar fasciitis, and we were looking at a way to relieve some of her pain, I must say the salespeople here do a great job with their demostration, and my wife felt instant relief when using the insoles, the product literally sold itself. Unfortunately they don't accept insurance, they do offer Care Credit and take HSA's the package of 3 insoles runs 899.95 or you can buy individually @ 299.95 each we decided on going to a podiatrist that can fit her for Carbon Fiber Insoles if that don't work out then we will definitely be back. read more

Total scam! My dad has horrible feet issues and went in there to get some shoes and walked out of there 1300.00 later. First of all, there are no signs in the store with pricing. Second of all, do you think someone needs 3 pairs of insoles for different pairs of shoes...NO!(Especially for someone in their 80's). My dad ended up in more pain from these insoles than when he first went in there. He ended up having to go to a doctor and was put in a boot. After much back and forth they did end up refunding some of the money but he was out about 300.00 (even after returning all 3 insoles). These are NOT custom insoles and keep in mind if you have any type of serious foot problem the sales reps are not medially trained nor qualified to offer solutions to your foot problems. If you have any type of serious condition, go to a doctor and get a professional opinion and true custom insoles. read more

My husband and I went to the Arlington store and Karen helped us. My husband has been using these supports or 2 years now and loves what they did for his back and knee pain. I suffer from plantar faciitis and we decided it was time for me to try the supports. The relief was instant! It was like a little miracle. Karen was very helpful and patient, and cheerful.
