I did the ceramic on the windshield & on the rest of the vehicle. ***Don't let the price tag shock you into getting a lower grade tint*** The ceramic was worth the price. I had to drive to CA about 5 days after my tint job....at a consistent 115-120 outside, my ac ran at 75 in the truck & it WAS SO COMFORTABLE!! I have gotten a sunburn thru a window before in FL....this didn't happen in TX, NM, AZ or CA in their heatwave. I'm telling you it was worth it & they squeezed me in in an afternoon. Evidently they changed the Tint Law in TX so after 10 years of living in San Antonio I had to reduce the % of tint on my front windows. I stopped by on my way home one evening and discussed pricing, darkness, UV and removal of old tent... I schedule an appointment as I didnt have time to get it done that day. On my appointment day I dropped in and waited for my vehicle. It only too about 30-45 Min to remove my old tint and install new tint that pretty much looked like the same darkness of my previous tint but evidently it was lighter as I passed the inspection. Not a budget tint. I believe their products are better than most. They took me as a walk-in and replaced rear tint right away. Cost more than some. Over $200 to remove and replace rear window tint. They told me it was guaranteed for life. But I did not receive a written warranty. The were friendly, courteous, and polite. I like the products, service, and warranty. The crew at Lonestar did a great job! Very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and were very polite even at some of my dumb questions due to lack of knowledge. I had to wait due to not having a ride. They have a super clean shop and a comfortable waiting room. There estimate of the time it was going to take was spot on. These guys are no question the only shop you should call. Our first contact with Gonzalo, just trying to make an appointment, set the well above average tone for whole experience. He and the rest of the team carried that excellent level of service throughout the entire process. I've had my windows done before and have worked with previous shops, and no one took things as seriously and professionally as these guys. At my own fault, I showed up about 30 minutes late on a packed day and they still did everything they could to optimize my service and make sure my personal issues didn't impact all of their other customers. I didn't expect this level of care or service, but much appreciate everything they did, from accommodating my tardiness to continually checking in with me through the process and delivering a well tinted vehicle. I live in far North SA. I saw this tint shop in my area on Yelp. They had lots of good reviews so decided to give them a chance. Called Thurs made Fri 1 pm appt. Fri came and I arrived. They took me in started on the car on time. 45 min later drove out with finished car/front 2 windows. It is now Sat. The windows look great. No bubbles. I got a hi quality tint.
