Pull into the lot about 10am the said trailer is hooked to another truck. Salesman approaches and says how can I help. I state I spoke with Tim all week and this morning and I was coming to get that trailer. he replies with " well It just sold " I said there's no way I have text showing that I was on my way and he acknowledged that he knew. Salesman and owner refused to call gentleman back and inform them they made a mistake and to make things right. Instead they watch us walk back to our truck with cash and leave pissed off. Now I took a whole day off of work and spent about 9 hours round trip in my truck to get treated like this. now I have no trailer all new sink and appliances that were made to be put in the trailer and stuck with it. Thanks Tim ! I have informed continental cargo of this horrible business and they neither are happy. This company deserves all it has coming for not making it right.
