First they delayed the pick up for days because everyone there is an idiot, once he arrives to pick it up on about the 3rd agreed upon date, it still wasn't done. After arringing home to Kansas he realized they'd installed the incorrect PTO pump for the wet kit, even though he sent them exactly what was needed. They've been dodging calls and texts since. So far, it's needed an oil change because that hadn't been done since April, a newly installed fender has come off and broken air lines because they don't understand the concept of how to attach these, multiple lugs have come off, they installed the light/liscense plate holder piece on the back of the truck on upside down, a check engine light for water in the fuel on, which was "fixed" while he was still there is on, and now it's getting towed because the whole thing is dead. These people are complete scammers that sell junk equipment and I intend to review them everywhere I can.

They recommended two places, the other shop, who eventually repaired the issue, didn't call us back. Until I called begging after being deserted by Rush. So first, the first guy arrived without the proper plug-in for testing. Based on a guess, he sent the TCM, transmission control module, out to be repaired. This was after he borrowed a pad and tried it. It was not the TCM. That company cleared the code and sent it back. This took two weeks. Next, they tried another pad. Each time, I had given them the trouble shooting guide to determine the issue. The 2nd man they sent went through half of the guide and determined it was wiring. He was directed to borrow a 2nd pad and try it, then take it back. He had said he was being sent somewhere else where the next day. He left everything unwrapped and disconnected. We didn't realize no one was coming back until I received a call to pay the bill by entering my credit card into a website. No bill, no explanation of what was done, nothing!! I found Rush Truck Center in Tyler, TX to open until 7:30 and it was on my way out of town. What I found was the "Shop" is open until 7:30 but "Parts" closes at 6:PM normally. I said "normally", as pulled into their parking lot Chris was locking the door and heading out. I called out to him that I was need of a couple connectors, he turned around opened the door and told me to come in. He opened the parts department to a non-commercial truck owner, a guy with a small motorhome that needed a couple of inexpensive parts. After a week in a hotel, my company got me a loaner truck and I was in it for 3 weeks. When I called in September I was told my truck would be done when I got there. I arrived on September 14th and had to wait 2 more days before it was actually finished. They are slower than molasses in January to get anything done. They had approval for the repairs to be done in the first week but they fooled around waiting to see who was going to pay for the repairs. They didn't even send the correct pictures of the damage to the warranty company nor did they pay any attention to what I told them happened right before the driveshaft let go. The warranty company had to tell them what to do to try to figure out the root cause and they still did not look in the right location. I feel like they don't care about the drivers that keep them in business or they would listen to us and get their hands dirty and actually LOOK for the cause of the problem not just fix the obvious results.

Still nothing. so they got with tech support at the factory, took the factory 2 days to help figure it out. Keep in mind techs get paid by the job not by the hour so this had become a looser 1st day but they stayed on it. Frequent updates by e mail & text, friendly & efficient when I called for specifics. I would use this shop again because I received great service by everybody there.
