My wife and I moved from Lantana to…read moreCorinth, and we had a pool service in Lantana, but while the house was on the market, another "new guy" (the old service went through probably 5 pool cleaning techs in the 18 months I lived here with my wife) didn't tighten the pool filter basket access and the pool lost prime for the entire weekend we moved. We were so grateful that the pump motor didn't burn out! My wife went by our former residence the following Monday and found the pool out of prime. I headed over and found the pool filter basket lid installed backward/upside down with "FRONT" facing the wrong way, and therefore it could not be tightened. I fixed the issue and got the pump back to prime and immediately called around, while my wife let the owner of the other company know about "yet another" of his employees' goofs. Pretty Pools had the most reasonable fees and have done an infinitely better job than the last company. We had zero issues with Pretty Pools maintaining our pool and the house just sold and the buyers have been referred them as well. Pretty Pools also does the chemicals service at our new place and I'm as pleased as can be. They also sent a tech (for a fee) to evaluate our pool heater. The information I received was invaluable and we will be using them to replace the heater. There are other companies in the area that also do great work, but charge quite a lot more and I'm not entirely sure they're worth it. Pretty Pools does a great job, communicates well and always returns calls/emails.

From my first phone call with them and then every step of the way they have been wonderful. I needed the tile around my hot tub (into my pool) and then from my pool into the overflow basin removed and replaced and also leveled off so the water flowed evenly. They had to empty the pool to do so, so I had them include an acid wash as well. The entire process too 4 days start to finish and the pools looks fantastic now! The owner, Justin, was on site every day checking on the work, kept in constant contact and the work was exceptional! He was responsive to questions and always honest, giving me options. When he came to do a final walkthrough, I had a leak on a part of the pool equipment so he changed that out for me as well! I highly recommend Lucent for all your swimming pool needs.

The installation process was super quick and easy too. The two guys that came out the first day had the hole dug and the pool set it. They were very nice and efficient. The concrete guys were just as fast. Ivan and Ericka were great with all the coordination of everything and Ivan went above and beyond to help me with the pool chemicals and how to clean everything myself saving me money on a pool service. They tore off the siding of my house and replaced it with materials that do not match and it is very obvious not fixed. They originally put in the wrong pool tile. They put up fences that are now falling apart. It has been less than a year. I have begged them to come back and fix the work that they did, but they will not. They did not care at all about their work or stand behind it. I will now have to spend thousands of dollars to fix all of their mistakes. They said they could reuse my existing turf and this is what it looks like. Despite my many communications with Steve, his team did not fix anything.
