I was visiting on a cruise ship for the day and wanted to get a good long ride in and the road bike they lent me was perfect. The bike had a little pannier on the back with a tire kit and lock and more than enough room for me to store my HUGE hoodie and ID. I showed up right when they were about to close and they were more than happy to accommodate me in getting the bike ready. They also helped me with suggesting where to look for good riding areas. As for the rental, it was a nice Specialized Diverge road bike. It was in great shape and they installed my pedals and ensured the bike was set up for me. The rental rates were way better than any other bike shop, which the next closest for my type of biking was in Halifax. I contacted them and was informed they had no mechanic and the owner was on holidays for three weeks. No one called me even knowing my concern. After a few calls I was told to bring them in, which I did bring and the owner was a upset and asked why. He eventually agreed to look at them. After trying them out he agreed he heard the noise but said that there was nothing he could do. He said we were on our own to sort out our issue. He suggested we take them to another bike shop.
