I was refereed by a friend to call Jose and tell him exactly what I was looking for and that he would be straight forward. Let me tell you that he gave me the facts, straightforward pricing and the step by step on what I was looking for and even gave me amazing suggestions on what would be best for audio add-ons for my car. I came from Queens to Audio Legends and the whole staff did not disappoint. After checking their finished work I was actually surprised that it was better than I thought it would be and the sound is AMAZING! I referred some family and friends already! I finally in January, went to another mechanic who said they were the worst cheapest brakes that could be put on a car. When the mechanic took them off The rotors were all rusted and corroded. They said they were never done. The rotors were never changed. I paid a lot of money and after two months, I had to redo them. This place is a rip off. They charge you a ton of money and put junk parts on your car, and they charge a ton of money for parts. They didn't even replace. Stay clear. Bad bad Business

This a place where everyone is actually friendly. They do not try to charge you for unnecessary things, which is another A+ in my book! As a female, this has been my greatest concern in an auto shop. They do their best to keep your bill to a minimum. I have even suggested things I thought I might need done and was told that I did not need them. Shout out to Austin and Rob for always taking great care of me. I actually moved out of the area a few years ago, and I still come back. I would recommend them to anyone needing their car done for almost anything!

Devin is the owner and right now he's working alone since he had to lay off all his employees. He's lost 95% of his business due to the coronavirus. I've always felt Devin was an honest man, very important in auto repair. There were several times he could have made an unnecessary repair but didn't. He also has free air for cars and bikes at the side of his shop. Anyway, I got my oil changed and some brake work done while he was at it. The brake work could have held off but I thought I'd help him out over these trying times. His honesty was once again evident when I asked him to check the battery because it failed this week and I had to get a jump due to inactivity, I had the battery a good while. He said it held a charge fine, no need. The guy stays honest even though he's trying hard to keep his business open. So, if you have an inspection coming up or nearing an oil change maybe you can get the latter done early to help him out. He's Long Beach local so it would help us all to keep him going if we can. Wish I could give 0 stars…read more Made an appointment for pick up, took off work to be there....and no show for 35 minutes so I call and they tell me they can "send a guy out now- he will be 20 minutes- because they opened late today" So my 10-11 appointment is now a 10:55 appointment. I said no thanks and the owner calls me back with a backhanded apology saying they were still in within the timeframe. Then he has the nerve to tell me I'm playing games because I said they could still come check out the car but I wasn't certain I would take the offer if it changed from my original quote. Ended up getting $200 more then their quote with a different business anyway...

They even gave me the $100 referral check to pass along to my father who told us to go check them out after he also had a good experience. When we look to buy a used car next year we will check their inventory as well.
