After shopping there for many, many years, I came outside to find my vehicle completely dead. Not even a click. I went back in and simply asked if someone could help with a jump--I even had my own cables, and there were company vehicles in the lot. I was flat-out told no. Fine--I understand policies and liability. What I don't understand is the attitude. I was told not to take too long moving my car, as if I was already a problem. I came back before closing to explain I couldn't get a jump box and asked if I could return in the morning. Again--attitude--but I was told it was "fine." The next morning, I returned early with a jump box, only to be told by another employee that he was about to call a tow truck on my car. When I explained the situation, he said he didn't need to speak to anyone and would have it towed anyway. That's not just poor customer service--that's a complete lack of basic decency and communication. I get that I'm just one customer and it may not matter to them, but I won't be back. If this is how they treat people over something this simple, I'd rather take my business anywhere else. If there were an option for zero stars, that's what this location would get.

They should have told that to my partner before hand! Thank god he gave me the pictures of what he needed. Now he has been having a hard time finding a specific filter for his oil change. They said they only had one in stock when he called. Annoying I then believe the next girl (Marie?) was super friendly and helped me look for the oil. Unfortunately no filter. Hate wasting my time driving to locations out of my way after they say they can help to find out they are useless. Store wasn't too disorganized. They also have parking lot.

We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.

All the above is why I was so delighted by my experience with United. I was able to schedule my inspection with a quick and pleasant call. They took me in on time, conducted the whole thing in under 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were pleasant and kind and didn't seem so in a rush like other auto shops I've been to.
