I would give this place a negative star if I could, all because of the guy I spoke to on the phone. This place was recommended to me by a buddy and since it's close by, I thought it would be perfect. I could barely ask a complete question as he kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted. Tried to tell him I was looking for estimates on simple signs that were budget friendly. I guess the words " budget friendly " annoyed him. He immediately told me to order from Amazon. I responded by thanking him for that suggestion but also let him know that I was more interested in what they could offer, especially because they were recommended by a friend who also added " you won't have to spend too much. His response " your business is not going to make or break me and I'm just trying to help you out." WTH! Where did that come from? So rude and unprofessional. If I wanted a sign from Amazon, I would have searched on Amazon. He wouldn't even allow me to complete a sentence! When I pointed this out, his response was " It's because I'm driving." Again WTH?! Why even answer the phone if you're driving and you're just going to be a a$$hole because you feel bothered?! Everyone talks trash about Amazon but look what happens when you try to support retailers in the community. I didn't ask for his advice! I asked for estimates! I'm not even paying the bill. The HOA is and they probably would have spent its worth to have some nice, professional signs around the building. Guess we'll never find out. At least not from this place. He gave me a sit down menu and I asked for a carry out a lot of mistake is no proofreading on the flyer when I went to pick it up, I had already proved it and asked him to make changes. He did not even make the changes just did the work and printed it because I had not paid him. Flew in for a conference and my sales materials had not arrived. Called Minuteman and spoke to a lovely woman who said that they could print my order and deliver to my hotel the next morning before the noon conference (basic job with 450 copies and a print ready file). So far, so good. Then, a very rude man called to ask me about the print job. I had already sent an email with the print ready file which he refused to look at, so I explained what I needed. He replied that he wasn't going to do the job and that I should go somewhere else. I said that I wasn't from town and asked for a recommendation. He referred me to Sir Speedy in Long Beach and they couldn't have been more helpful. Sir Speedy did the job with high quality, delivered 2 hours early, did not charge for delivery or the rush job, and were NICE to top it all off! read more

I walked in for a simple print job; however, the professionalism of this company was not great. The older gentleman, I am not sure of his name, but he provides quotes for orders. I am assuming he is the one in charge. Anyways, he did not acknowledge me, maybe because my order was really simple. He was also incredibly rude to the younger gentleman who also works there. He was so rude to the younger gentleman that I felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave. The younger gentleman, on the other hand, was really nice and professional. I'm sure this shop is doing large-volume orders all the time, but I just needed one image printed and delivered in time for a 90th bday celebration, and Zulma took time to talk about what I needed, and make sure she got the file and that it printed in a way that looked perfect. When their free delivery timing was going to mean it would arrive the day after my friend's birthday, Zulma offered to personally drop it off on the day-of. That is the kind of service you don't find much these days. Oh and by the way she answered the phone straightaway, no menu with a bunch of options before you reach a human. I was planning a weeding that takes place in a little under a month and did not have time to order custom invitations. So I called and spoke with Robert at Minuteman Press about my fiance is all over for the invitations and need some ASAP. He explained to me that all the invitations they order take maybe 2 to 3 weeks delivery, not including printing time. I started to hear that saying most of men have heard " I told you should of done...". To avoid that scoldlng I asked Robert what can I do? He suggested I check out Target or Michael's for stock wedding invitations. I found some at Michael's emailed a picture of them to Minuteman Press. Got a call back the same day said they would be able to do it. Before I came down I emailed a Robert a layout so he could give us a rough proof of what it would look like. I dropped the invitations off Thursday after noon, looked at the proof and made some slight changes. Robert emailed the final proof that night, I approved they completed the job the very next afternoon. The price was reasonable. Robert never mad any promises, but I stressed I needed them ASAP and he came through. Thanks Robert for making my wedding day a little less stressful. As a new business, we needed us some new business cards, of course. My boss' brother-in-law works for a printer and gets a great discount, however, it's a bit out of the way--and with the discount we are not a priority customer, understandably. I remembered seeing a postcard in the mail offering a new business discount rom MMPLB. I decided to write them on their site and get a quote from them to see what the price difference was, especially since my boss was about to go on a business trip Monday and could really make use of the cards. I was unable to locate the coupon, and Hilda said she would still honor the discount anyway. The turnaround for business cards is usually 48 hours (not bad), and they are closed on the weekends, so I thought I'd have to mail some to my boss in Europe as our design hadn't been finalized yet (at no fault of MMP, of course). I sent the pdf file to her at 11am today (on a Fri), expecting to get them end of day Monday. She emailed me around 4pm to tell me that they had printed the boss' cards first and were about to cut them, so I could pick those up before close and get the rest on Monday. This was amazing news, especially since splitting an order up would usually add an extra charge. When I went to pick them up, Hilda was extremely warm, and then went on to tell me that I could thank her employee Andrea, because she powered through a bunch of projects and got all 2,500 cards (split between 9 different employees!) finished.
