I am quite disappointed with my experience 2 minutes ago. i was entering the facility with my friend and the ID check dude proceeded to reject my military card identification. As someone who serves for our country, i am appalled and demand a thorough investigation. who is the manager of this retail space?! do they not train their employees on how to properly check a diverse array of identification cards that the united states of america provides to their citizens? what is going on here? this would've have been my third time entering to purchase as a client; however, it seems that is not the case for today. will no longer be conducting my business here. read more

When I entered he felt compelled to further intimidate me and he became furious when I told him that he wasn't doing his job and that he was ignoring paying customers. This used to be one of my favorite spots until the new security guard refused to take my Global Entry ID which is a government issued ID that clearly states my date of birth. I didn't realize that there was a parking lot available to customers behind the store and spent too much time searching for a street spot... don't be like me and use the lot. The female gatekeeper greeted me by name after scanning my I.D., which I thought was nice. I was again greeted very warmly by Celina, who helped me pick out the products that I needed. There was a buy one get the second one 50% off deal, which I took advantage of. The flavor that I wanted wasn't available, but the flavor that I ended up taking home was even better! My first experience here was like any other dispensaries: cold welcome from the "bouncers", an awkward waiting area with other bud-heads-- like it feels like others can hear what you're thinking, (amirite?) I would give it no stars if that was an option, I traveled from what is considered a good distance and had everything timed just perfectly to where I would arrive 10 minutes before closing time and 5 minutes before last call which is at 9:55 PM, my ETA was on point and only to have the security guard turn off the lights at 9:51 PM then tried to push me out of the establishment and he goes on and tells us that last call is at 9:55 and it was 9:53 when I showed him the time and out of embarrassment that he was wrong he kicked us out and locked the door! This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received and I would like to write a letter to the owner so he can see what type of people are being employed in his business and the affect it can have long term with these low grade employees. read more
