I have been to many dispensaries and The Corner is by far the absolute best because of Jason and Princess. Jason is the awesome manager and Princess is just awesome (unsure what her position is). I made a bulk purchase back in March 2022 and about a month ago realized that 3 "Moxie" cartridges I purchased were not working. When I called The Corner asking if there was anything we could do, Jason was more than helpful. He suggested I reach out to "Moxie" first, which I did. I emailed and Facebook messaged Moxie at least 5 times with no response. I called Jason at The Corner again today letting him know I've had no luck and if he has any other suggestions AND he made everything better. I came into the store and he looked at the malfunctioning Moxie cartridges and figured out what had happened and then helped me with more product taking care of the issue. I have had other cartridges malfunction from other dispensaries and when I inquired about the issue those dispensaries were not helpful at all. In fact most places have been outright rude. I am a firm believer in customer service and being both kind and thoughtful to all people. The Corner is the dispensary to visit and return. Dishonest place. Deceptive pricing. Rude help. I will not go back. I shopped there at least 6 times. Today they tried to charge $260.00 on what should have been a $160.00 total on quoted prices. $50.00 per cartridge, 2 for $100.00 and 1/8 of flower at $60.00. That adds up to $160.00. They tried to charge $260.00???? $100.00 tax? I made a smaller purchase and loudly protested. I was not overcharged any tax like this on my previous visits. Not sure what the clerk was thinking but she lost a customer. Lots of choices out there. You guys need to be a lot better. read more
