Two people are in the car; they clearly see me sitting in my lobby, but as I am expecting a car with some kind of identification telling me it is Beech St taxi, I didn't know that that was my ride. They never come to the door to ask if I am their pickup. I finally go outside and open the rear door to enter; the front passenger side has the seat reclined all the way back so I can barely get in, and the car REEKS of weed. They start screaming at me when I question why they are in an unmarked vehicle, and then the racial slurs start. Needless to say, I got out and called a different company. I see now they have terrible reviews, and erratic driver and service complaints. Called to complain and got screamed at again. Never again.
