Once the transportation arrived, the rude and arrogant driver ask me "Do you have enough money?" Without greeting me. The proceeds to tell my me ride will be $18. I canceled the ride. Requested a car on my UBER APP. THE PRICE UBER CHARGED ME WAS $9.15. The driver from All Island Transportation tried to get over on me. I called the dispatcher. Nothing was done. I called and she said he was there and they tried to call. I got no call and no text saying the car was there. I was outside waiting when I made the call. I was polite and she hung up and canceled the call they never sent. I use them at least twice a day. I'm done until there is discipline for these actions. Ask any Denver or dispatcher and they will tell you they have never had an issue. I have a few drivers personal numbers.
