Little League here is very strong they do not play round here. There's like 67 maybe eight different fields just for little league baseball they hear, proud or prouder of the kids to play baseball the future baseball players little league as strong as the east side and the west side Westside is over there at Santa Fe And Silverado Park over here they got their fields you come on check them out you know that they're bringing some serious business year serious baseball going on here I was very proud to see congratulations kids that are out there doing their thing of the best for them

It's coolish. There are some GREAT coaches there. Some. Just some. But the place kinda stinks of secret handshakes and back door deals among a lot of them. The league continues to grow YOY , yet they're financially in the hole. Make the math work please. If you're signing up for ELB league and think you're going to be practicing anywhere at or near the field you'll be disappointed. They don't seem to be able set regimented schedules or secure practice time at reasonable nearby locations. It's a nightmare for working parents. It's sloppy on the management side, not nearly as bad as Heartwell Baseball, but not nearly as good as other leagues I hear about around town. The competition is good and high, so it makes for exciting ball in the upper divisions, but again, 50% of coaches think they're taking their 11-yr-old kid(s) to the MLB next year. The crowds are large which is cool....again....ish...except for the bad actors. And they're are plenty of them. And they aren't from the neighborhood.

It's along back near Wilson high school. Tennis courts and one side it's also utilize for pickleball. The bigger side of the court was all utilize for tennis. Then there's the smaller section where it was 8 courts for pickleball. The seating was quite nice as it was bleachers so each seat you had a nice view of the courts. It was quite busy for a Sunday afternoon with pretty much all the courts there taken. Both side either for practice, tournament or people having a good time. There was also a baseball field behind the bleachers. Restroom were located under the bleachers. The court itself was quite nice. Very well maintained and all clean. Compared to others I've been, this was great.

Whaley Park in Long Beach turned out to be a really lively and playful place when I visited it. The…read morewhole area felt energetic in a way that teenagers would enjoy a lot, especially since I saw so many teens around the basketball courts, the grassy fields, and even near the playground. It surprised me how naturally the park gave off that youthful atmosphere without trying too hard. The open spaces and colorful areas almost felt like spots made for taking pictures, and they did not cost anything to enjoy, which makes them perfect for teenagers who like hanging out and being creative. It was my first time at Whaley Park, and I did not realize how much there was to enjoy until I walked around. I appreciated how easy it was to relax there without feeling rushed or crowded, even with all the teens playing games, taking photos, and talking with each other. Some parts of the park looked a little older or worn down, which is part of why I am giving it four stars instead of five, but nothing took away from the overall experience. I never doubted that the visit would turn out the way I hoped it would. I have only visited Whaley Park once before writing this review, but it ended up being one of the more enjoyable and energetic parks I have been to in a long time. I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because they would love the open spaces, the sports areas, the photo spots, and the creative vibe. It was a safe place. The people attending were friendly and hospitable. It was like one big family. We brought our own food and drinks so I did not try any of the vendors this year. All four bands were excellent and the dancing was so much fun even in the heat. My favorite was Biscuits and Gravy Live.?If you've never been, you definitely want to attend next year. It is a family, friendly fun time for all with activities for the kids as well.
