Great communication and responsiveness to get an affidavit notarized. As I learned during this process, an affidavit is a sworn statement that can be submitted as legal evidence. In my case, I need to prove that I am retired but do not have the documentation requested (which is proof that I am receiving Social Security; I am retired but not yet receiving it).
