Went to virtual court and they told me I had no proof of service so my court case gets two months. I'm kind of bummed but oh well, all I have to do is serve the business. I email this guy with the court document, explain everything and ask can you serve them? Yes he says, politely!!! Ok great, my court case is in 5 weeks, we need to serve two weeks before. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing. I follow up very politely. He replies there's no case on the document so you need to file the complaint. ???? The case number was paper copy I had but Why didn't you tell me that day one? We went back and forth and it ended with him sending me this message. He doesn't give two shits about respect to his customers, so no need for him but thought you all should know. He said good luck, I don't need luck I just need competence and respect. Because it was a rush job, they only had a few days to complete service. They failed to do it in time, forcing me to request a court extension. Even after the extension, they still treated the case like a normal-speed job despite charging me for rush service. The process dragged from May 21 to July 6 (46 days). I paid $212, but they served only one defendant and did not file the proof of service. Now I have to spend another $100 to have the second defendant served and pay extra to file the proofs of service for both defendants. Had I hired a different process server from the beginning, both defendants would have been served and both proofs filed for $170 total. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to make it right, they repeatedly hid behind their policies and blamed me. I paid more, waited longer, and still had to hire someone else to finish the job. Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience.

On the morning of the hearing, I contacted the company to obtain the status of service and any service attempt information. Because the court required detailed information regarding service attempts, a court clerk also contacted the company seeking the dates and times of any attempts. At that time, the requested information was not provided. My hearing proceeded without the service information, and the matter was concluded shortly thereafter due to the lack of completed service. Several hours later, at approximately 12:27 PM on March 9, 2026, after the hearing had already ended, the company sent a report containing alleged service attempts from March 5 through March 8. My concern is not simply whether service attempts were made. My concern is that the information was not made available before the hearing, when it was actually needed. As a result, the service had no practical value to me at the time of the court proceeding. After I disputed the charge with my credit card issuer, the company continued to send invoices and informed me that finance charges would accumulate and that the account may eventually be sent to collections.
