Deciding to take someone to small claims court was a difficult decision. I had never stood up for myself like this before. So when I made the choice to follow through with filing this case and take a new action, my nerves were...nervous. "Is this all just a waste of time? We recently hired Antonio (DRS Attorney Service) on an urgent matter to serve someone out of town (we reside in Northern California). Antonio was professional, patient, and understood the challenges and nuances that often accompany serving people legal documents/summons. He was PERSISTENT and impressively got the job done within 2 days despite the evasive behavior of the individual being served. We had a major time crunch and he provided much reassurance; importantly, he was effective and filed all the appropriate court documents timely on his own accord. I strongly recommend him for time sensitive obligations (in our case, we hired him from hundreds of miles away based on his Yelp reviews, with great uncertainty). His service was reasonably priced, and he was always available by phone and email (quick responses!) throughout the stressful 48 hours.
