I got a new key at Lowe's and had dinner at Original Roadhouse Grill. There are acres of free parking. Lots of different stores and restaurants. I have eaten at at least 4 of them.

Here to be out on a Valentine Day date. Not crowded tonight, everyone seem to enjoy a good time. I remember this place were packed with restaurants and pizza....now gone but the entertainment area is here to keep visitors feeling warm and a place to sit and relax outside the theater.

This is such a pleasant shopping center! We enjoyed watching the children play in the fountain with "jumping water". There is also a jungle gym for the keiki. The other fountains are good for relaxation - just watch or close your eyes and listen. .. There's a huge theater, many shops, and restaurants! It's so clean and new, with wooden lounge chairs and metal tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The only improvements would be better traffic patterns and access. Exits and entrances were a bit congested. The outdoor fireplace was a cool feature! It had just been turned on as we were leaving in the late afternoon, but we didn't stay to feel the warmth... Maybe next time we'll stay for a chilly evening. ...

The Long Beach Towne Center is a large outdoor shopping plaza that I used to frequent on a fairly regular basis. They have a nice movie theatre, a cool arcade complete with laser tag as well as a plethora of businesses and fine restaurants to eat. The parking at the Long Beach Towne Center although large is far and away one of their biggest issues. There is plenty of parking but the layout of the parking and the various small lots throughout is terrible. There is no uniformity to the layout as each is structured differently and in can get confusing when driving through and looking for a spot. It always seems no matter where I am going I have to park in a distant lot and make the trek over. The shopping center itself is kept up well and the stores are all still occupied which is nice to see in these tough economic times. They have a good variety of food from BBQ, Peruvian, American, Mexican to smaller restaurants such as Panda Express, In & Out & Chik-Fil-A. The Towne Center does get busy at times during the weekend and evenings so I tend to go here during non-peak hours more often than not. Overall they have a good variety of stores ranging from high end to more casual stores. They have also recently added a play area for kids between the Theaters and Arcade.

This is why I spend all day and all my money here

Read the reviews for all the azz wipes that wrote the stupid stuff STOP COMING HERE! I wish they could only let the people who live here come and eat and shop in peace. Yeah people are rude, those punk teens are azz holes agreed but none of them live here and we have to suffer for it.

This place has is and I like the Center because of the ambiance, splash pad, and activities. The restaurants are . They are all commercial restaurants with poor customer service. The only places I like is Roasting Waters and Starbucks. I'm cool on the over priced Ice Cream from Ben & Jerry's and the Retro Edwards theater that should just be a $2 movie spot.

Loads of stores that I loved growing up have vanished. Either out of business or relocated. Department stores like Macys and JC Pennys are still there but nothing major. I don't even know what the food court is like as we didn't even venture that far. I had to return something and they had a store here. A smaller store but still. Plenty of parking as the space is massive. Mall is decent size but nothing crazy big. It's the neighborhood mall that I feel like it'll be there for many more years to come.

I love that they broadcast jazz classics like Nat King Cole and Ella Fitzgerald over the speakers. I love the smell of the Pacific Ocean wafting through the nearby marina. And I especially love the view of sunsets over palm trees in the evenings - pure magic! Getting there: there's two parking lots, one on the Whole Foods side and one on the Urban Plates side; parking is free for the first 90 minutes. The landscaping and restroom areas are always well maintained and there is plentiful seating throughout the plaza. They post the schedule for various local events - pop up markets, line dancing, etc. - on the bulletins. Best of all, most are dog-friendly (my rescue dog Darby has several go-to spots he likes to sniff every time we come!) There's parking structures on either end but when we stopped by the gate wasn't working so we ended up parking across the street. There's plenty of parking everywhere so you'll find something. It's not a big area but does offer some cute shops. You'll have some of the retail chain stores with Atletha, Warby Parker, Urban Outfitters, Brixton, Nike, Anthropologie to name a few. Some cute fun jewelry stores, stationary stores and so on. There's even a cute little brewery right in the middle of the strip. It's a cute place for family to bring the kids and pets. On July 3, while riding through the property, an employee who was power washing the common areas sprayed me, my bicycle, and several other cyclists because, apparently, we were in his way. The behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I immediately reported the incident to management. More than 10 days have passed, and I have yet to receive a response. That level of customer service is just as disappointing as the incident itself. This issue isn't going away. I'm going to continue pursuing it because I don't want anyone else to experience what happened to us. Beyond that, I believe much of the property appears neglected, with only a few businesses--such as Yard House, Tequila Jack's, and Parker's Lighthouse--continuing to draw significant traffic. I encourage visitors to look around carefully and form their own opinions before choosing where to spend their time and money. I hope Shoreline Village's ownership and management take this seriously, improve the condition of the property, and ensure their employees treat visitors with professionalism and respect. Since management has chosen not to respond, they should expect to hear from me shortly through the appropriate channels regarding both this incident and the way it has been handled.
