Review #1002 2026-072…read more Located near the marina, 2nd & PCH officially opened on 10/24/19 following the soft opening of its anchor tenant: Whole Foods. It's an open-air lifestyle shopping center with a mix of retail shops & restaurants, & curated community events like the Dreamers Market Pop-Up. It offers complimentary Wi-Fi, fire pits, water fountain, modern architecture, & a welcoming environment... pet-friendly, dedicated bike lanes, & lounge area. Parking (as of 08/2026): Garage parking is free for the 1st 90 mins. & $2.00/20-mins. thereafter with a daily max of $30.00. EV stations & clean air vehicle spaces are available. There's no attendant, only automated pay stations & exit gate machines only accept credit cards. Tenants (non-exhaustive list): Anthropologie Athleta Boba Guys Brodard Restaurant Chase Dan Modern Chinese Free People Gorjana Holly & Hudson Nail Lounge IV & Wellness Lounge Jinya Ramen Bar Lather Lululemon Madewell Potato Chips Deli Sephora Shake Shack Sunglass Hut SWTHZ Telefèric Barcelona The Bungalow The NOW Massage Urban Plates Van Leeuwen Ice Cream Vuori Clothing Warby Parker Whole Foods I wish 2nd & PCH was around when I was a student at CSULB. I discovered the shopping center because of a Yelp Elite Event at Lather in 2021, & have been returning infrequently. Though it's understandable & fairly common to charge for parking at malls with garages, it's a major turn-off for me to hang around past the 90-min. mark, hence my return visits have either been tied to YEEs held here, or because I'm in the area & wanted to grab a bite.

This place has a lot of potential to be great. It depends on the type of clientele you attract. Since you are in the downtown area, you attract people from San Pedro, Los Angeles and Orange County. Not always the greatest people you encounter but it attracts all types of people. Meaning Ghetto and Civilized people. Parking is horrible here on the weekends. Since it is catered mostly to the tourist that is visiting the aquarium of the pacific Weekdays are solid, you will find parking with no problem. Overall, I come here once in awhile pending on the event. Great place to watch a move or chill by the coast. Many restaurants nearby is a plus!

Not sure what the purpose of the outlet name is for as I think the only outlet was Gap. I could be wrong with the other stores. With any retail area, things come and go so having a storefront survive is amazing. It's a nice outdoor shopping experience with dining options to add to it. There's a few sit down dining places but nothing overly fancy. You have more of the bigger chain restaurants right across the street along the water and Shoreline Village. There's a movie theatre, a comedy center and a couple of decent amount of shops. Nothing over the top but your local shops like HM, Nike, Guess, Gap Outlet and a few others. It is a nice place to walk around and just see Long Beach. You're literally close to the convention center which is right across the street. Aquarium and the park is also across the street which a bridge is also use to cross over. The Marina Park, Shoreline Village are all a couple minutes walk from the pike. It's a cute little outdoor shopping area but nothing major. There's plenty of parking in the structure with some street parking along the strip.
